The prata used to better. Now it seems mass produced and just pick up and serve from what were already cooked and left there. The teh tarik is just sweet and diluted but no taste of tea. Mee goreng waited a lot time before ready although nobody was queueing

The mutton briyani is little overrated $9 per plate perhaps due to the rental that cost such amount. Fried fish taste little weird never fried well and no spice taste.

Al Hadheerah is located at the basement foodcourt of Toa Payoh hdb hub. The ko-song roti prata is oh so nice and has a “crispyness” to it. They have some promo value sets which are sold at a slight discount vs ala carte orders. Try having the prata with the fish curry. Very nice!!

My review is on the chicken biryani we have tasted. Nasi biryani $8. Teh Tarik $1.80. The chicken curry is flavourful, the biryani has a traditional taste. Teh tarik is good. Only setback is the serving small, can’t fill the stomach for the men. Okay for the ladies ◡̈

I ordered poori for $4 and got 2 flattened pieces instead of the spheres I expected. Must have been sitting there for some time? Maybe I should have insisted they prepare a fresh batch. The masala was also lacking in spices. Disappointing.

My first time trying Kothu Prata and it was yummy 👍 Teh Halia was a little lacking in flavour. Overall would come back to try other items on their menu.

The queue is always long during lunch time but the staff there are very systematic and fast. The food are very good as well. They also handled the food properly.

Server was rude & stingy!!! Ordered a thosai and had a little dhal poured onto it. Asked for just another 1 SMALL bowl of dhal kindly and was turned down firmly. They can charge for it if they want. What's the big deal for that small bowl of gravy!!?? Not like asking for it excessively. On the side note, food were expensive but taste mediocre. Had much more better options out there.

Excelent plain pratas (one of the best in Singapore) Best teh halia. Good dum biryani (only every Friday) Decent selections for mixed rice meals. Good People too. Been eating there almost daily since They started their shop in Toa Payoh interchange.

Honestly great. Order was precise and fast, friendly, solid prata, chicken, great flavour balance in the curry. Recommended.
