I ordered a 9pc feast meal, but saying I don't need gravy and salad. Cashier suggested two fry changed for me free charge. After checking receipt in car, that's extra charge. I ended up got back in store 3 times paid more than 9 PC feast meal for chicken and a large taters only for not wasting food I don't need even I made it clear I would pay for the feast meal price. Anyway, I thought Can't blame the cashier, she might just follow the rule. The meal quality wasn't tasty as we remembered and the taters even not cooked enough. A couple of potatoes were cut too big. Does different Mary Brown's have different quality?

UPDATE - Been 2 weeks now and no response to my email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Mary Browns Customer Experience commented on this post and told me to email them to "make things right". I emailed them 4 days ago and still have not received a response. Mary Browns is more concerned with making things look right by commenting on your post acting concerned but there is no follow up and no attempt to "make things right" . Horrible customer service. Came in for Mary Brown Monday, and got served two horrible chicken sandwiches. Double or triple deep fried to the point you couldn't even chew it. Most Mondays when the good staff are working the sandwiches are fresh and so are the french fries. If you come while the other staff is working you will be given a double or triple deep fried garbage sandwich and cold soggy fries. Terrible customer service and terrible food. Nobody wants a double or triple deep fried garbage sandwich. Learn how to cook them right like the other staff.

Tables weren’t clean! floor was nasty! asked lady to clean it for me. Doesn’t do it probably just wipes a corner of the table, and leaves the rest of it messy. while eating found hair in my food! As I went to show her I said excuse me she doesn’t bother to turn around and yells just wait a minute! Also didn’t even do anything about the hair just said ok. The place was very busy and one person wasn’t able to handle taking orders. Never again

Came to this location mid-afternoon on a Saturday. I was the only customer present. Service was quick and efficient. Food was hot, fresh, and pretty tasty. Got a Big Mary and some tenders. Would come again if in the area. Lots of parking at this time.

Love the chicken here. Waits are a bit long but I usually arrived around opening time so I understand the staff need to get their bearings first. Had a mishap where the card reader wasn't working, but staff immediately tried to fix it which was nice. Wish the food had a bit more to it though, big mary isn't really all that big and they don't provide much fries, but the taste is still amazing.

cashier was friendly, greeted us as soon as we entered the store. We were the only customer during that time. It was around 6pm. We placed our order it was 2 meals of 2pc chicken combo. We were served with a very tiny chicken wing and drum. We often eat at mary browns even when we were still living in Newfoundland and Labrador. But this certain visit was kinda disappointing not only chickens were too small but its also not fresh. I was ready to complain right there and then but my buddy stopped me and said that just let it pass and we'll never come back again.

Old burger or it was too long in the wormer , this is the first time I have not fresh food here. I will give them another shot and hopefully it will be fresh.
