20 mins wait for food and now still waiting. Don't want to serve then don't open shop. All ur customers are waiting. Extremely long wait time for a fast food chain.

Too slow. More than 30 minutes waiting in the fast food restaurant. Do not visit if you don’t have enough time.

This burger king joint is always under staff during weekends. Ordered my food from the kiosk and waited 30mins… disappointed i asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. Always 1-2 staff manning the entire restaurant. I can understand these delivery riders will get very impatient for the long wait. Burger King HQ should look into this. Otherwise you open the shop for weekends for what. Happened so many times!!! No wonder all the customers walk across next door to get KFC / Mc Donalds, I did the same thing.

Five-stars for the one-man-show manager today until 0910. He have to cope with cashier and preparing the food. Made mistake for our drinks but it is perfectly fine as he changed for us when we approached him. He is very patient even all the other customers gave him black-face.

Understaffed. 2 pax in the morning with a long wait time. Branch should consider getting more staff to support.

Probably my first time in BK in the past decade and sad to say will also probably be my last ever. Service was slow but that wasn’t actually the problem; the food was very sad and disgusting to eat. We spent $20 on 2 set meals but couldn’t even eat half of it because it looked so bad and tasted equally bad that we lost our appetite. The chicken burger patties were pale and tasteless (the picture is supposed to be a juicy mushroom Swiss but you won’t be able to tell), and the fries were cold. Ordered a side of salad for $3 but the cup was only half filled with very basic raw veg. Very very sad about the current state of BK as we used to have fond memories of meals that tasted pretty good when we were younger.

Slowest Burger King on the plant and food gets mixed up. Screen doesn't show order number always ppl in front asking for the order then in panic mode all q skipped to server all... Besides waiting 45 mins during lunch period ... Thanks but no more . Fries reached cold off course after 45 mins

Something is just wrong here. Meals take ages to prepare. There can be 2 ppl ahead but take 15 minutes to prepare. Rude worker will gesture you to use a kiosk that is broken and force you to queue in the only kiosk (then why have a payment counter and like one counter the whole restaurant?! ).

Absolutely terrible service. Unresponsive and rude staff at the counter, while the kitchen does not seem to understand the meaning of “fast” in fast food. As evidenced by other reviews, they often get the order wrong too. No signs of improvements over time. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a mushroom chicken burger. My order was given to the wrong person, so I had to wait long for my burger to be re-made. And finally when I tasted it, it was the saltiest burger I had. I could only eat half of it cuz there was too much salt in the patty. If you are looking to have a burger here, strongly suggest you go to nearby McDonald's instead!
