Is quite okay, the noodles had a lot of clumpy bits stuck together. Lots of people were having the thai iced milk tea, which is quite nice, less sweet that other places, as i suppose it is a hospital setting. There are seats behind the stall which not many people realise. Meatballs are pretty decent, chicken was tender but found it too sweet.

Counter-service was quick even though was really busy.......got my order ready within 5 mins which I am very happy with.....the prices here are on the high side..... unfortunately there's no alternative here as the FoodCourt is closed for a Reno till mid-Jan as the poster suggested......🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Expensive food paid $10 for simple chicken ball noodle and barley drink. Noodle taste like plastic, so horrible and service is horrible. Told the drink stall uncle 5 times its kadai. End up become siudai. Already order at self service desk, still need to queue up AGAIN and let staff know what is my order to get my drinks. Terrible system. If the food court not reno, i will not come here to eat. Avoid at all costs. Try at your own risk. Even cheaper can taste better than this.

Ordered a beef boat noodle (dry) on 5 Oct for lunch. Had a whole lump of congealed uncooked noodles served to me. I guess the staff is too busy to even stir the noodle in the boiling water. Will not be purchasing from your chain again. By the way, why is this cafe in the Heart Centre and serving dishes with so much sodium in everything?

Rude staff from cashier to malay tudong lady preparing toast. They are lucky to have captive and new clients at the heart centre. Anywhere else and they will face closure

Coffee is good. Toast will be crispy perfect if it is more toasted. Service is not the best but won’t complain since it is located at the hospital serving the staffs & patients.

I ordered Chee kueh and Chee Cheong fan, the lady told me “no more” and I ask for soon kueh, she glared and said “only Or kueh and Chee Cheong fan only!” When my buzzer rang for collection, I waited at the counter with the man starting to prepare my meal!( what is the buzzer for? )Service below average and food nothing to shout about. Stuff need to send for customer service training as their attitude sours our lunch moment especially during our short and rest time at the hospital.

For a place that have your employees wear "Great food, great people", the food you serve is not great and the people service is definitely not great either. This will be my first and last time patronising any of your branches in Singapore. I ordered a beef Thai noodles with ice coffee and it set me back at $10.50 (if ordered separately I believe the noodles is at $8.50 and coffee is at $2ish Firstly, the coffee is bland, there no coffee taste at all and it is rather disgusting. Secondly, the Thai boat noodles has a weird sour taste and only came with 3/4 pieces of beef and 2 beef balls. Lastly onto the service, your staff couldn't even converse in basic English and had so much internal confusion to the point no one could tell me whether my food was OOS or it's already done.

The staff is horrible and rude. I order Ice Teh C Kosong but was given Ice Teh C with lots of sugar. Informed the female staff who was taking orders and preparing drinks with my receipt. Told her I asked for Kosong. Her reply was “oh my side didn’t say you wanted kosong” and tries to put that cup of Ice Teh C with sugar on my tray. Only after I told her I cannot take sugar then she unwillingly made a new cup without sugar for me. Even gave me the side eye. Seriously this staff is horrible. This is not the first time she did this to customers. I’ve seen her doing it to other customers

Lady taking orders and making drinks at the counter is rather curt. Tea is bland, eggs and toast were lukewarm at best.

I have been here many times when whenever I had my appointment. Just 2 to 3 weeks ago, I came here and the service was better than this! The one who serve me at the cashier last 2 weeks went beyond her service. I ask for a $4.60 toast set but I can't take kaya butter so ask to change to strawberry jam. She charge me the same price of the toast set. I compliment her. This time, I did the same as I wanted toast set too. The price of jam and butter kaya is same price. The excuse of this lady cashier today who serve me, insisted that the POS did not have a button to change the jam. Is just fix at kaya butter toast means it must be kaya butter. I was told If I want jam I can only do the $5.30 bun set! At the end I took ala carte. I thought set will be cheaper and I was so upset with the service as I didn't have eggs. I go there to have a happy brunch not end up with this. So did the company set up a button for it or the cashier is inexperienced ? I don't know why one server can go beyond service but the other cannot. I hope you can improvisé a button for changing jam or train the service staff to be more professional and not blame on the system. I did not change bread so it shouldn't have price difference. I think the lady cashier needs to be retrained. Changing Jam shouldn't be a issue to the service crew unless is a different price on ala carte.

Had the mee siam, eggs and toast, chee cheong fun, chwee kueh. Food is served quickly, generally tastes okay, staff is friendly. Mee siam could be better flavored but I think it's because of it being a hospital eatery so may have less sugar, oil, etc in the prep. ... maybe it's just me, I like everything full flavored. Otherwise, I'm okay with it. Will eat here again.
