Ordered on Grab from this outlet. Took 1hr to arrive. I like the burger, the chicken was crispy and sweet sauce was good. It wasn't messy when eat the burger. There were sesame on the bread top and bottom. The fries were not that good, it was soggy and it wasn't crispy.

Order via food panda. Requested for chilli sauce but none was given. How to eat fried chicken without chilli . Order the burger but the burger bun is burnt. You don’t wan give me chilli maybe to prevent me from getting diabetes but your bun will give me cancer. So burnt and charred and hard like stone. No food quality control. Bad bad service . Wake up leh 4 fingers.

Ordered takeaway (no dine-in available anw) right around dinner time with a 5 min wait. With the recent changes in menu, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable to recomm items and it's variations. It's also less crowded than most outlets so I'll be back :))

Pls teach your staff English & walkthrough on credit card terminal for cashless method. Wasted 10mins of my time trying to use paynow & the senior staff did not understand. None of the team members helped her. If you are not interested in getting revenue, pls close down this outlet & let other tenant take over the space.

Please note the shop here has no dine-in, only take away. Ordered thru Deliveroo for pickup. Meal was prepared on time when I went to pickup. Problem is there was only 1 guy working and he has to prepare the chicken, fry them, season them, pack them, take orders, etc and he just did not have time to serve the customers else the chicken might get burnt? So I told him I am picking up my order and waited and waited. And then I asked again after a few minutes as he is still seasoning the fried chicken. After a while, I realised u need to just find your orders from the shelves yourself, self service. Just pickup and go. All the while my order was sitting on top of the shelf, two shelves above my head. How am I supposed to know for first timer there? Anyway, the chicken is very tasty but not well marinated/seasoned as the inside is not so nice.
