Hi Subway, I’ve been a regular customer at the Holland V branch for a very long time. I’ve seen the staff come and go. Therefore, it’s to my horror that I experienced a very unpleasant dinner night out at Subway Holland V on Thursday 31.3.2022. The malay server OVER TOASTED my 1 Foot Roasted Chicken Sandwich! If that wasn’t bad enough, He scolded me when I simply asked him for a small cup of water for my Diabetes ailment! Not only did he refuse to give me any cup of water, he ridiculed my illness as well! I’m sure, being a health conscious restaurant like Subway is, I’m sure u guys know how impt medication taking is! Anyway, I even asked the young malay server a few times and he ignored me. Now, I wasn’t thirsty or anything! I had to have a cup of water to take my Diabetes medicine! And there were countless paper cups around but he was heartless enough to ignore me after being extremely rude to me! I feel he is not showing the characteristics of a good employee at a customer-friendly rest like Subway! It was bad enough he didn’t care bout the welfare of the customers by refusing to give my a cup of water for my meds, he had to scold and ridicule my Diabetes illness as well!! He has crossed the line, Subway. Had it been other customers, things would have gotten real ugly in a hurry!

Fresh sandwich as always..love the location..i went to holland village store..good price..serving is nice..with 11 dollars we can get subway club,4 cookies and lemon tea..nicee

The stingiest subway outlet in singapore that i have ordered from. Less vege. Soggy and not fresh. Even stinge on the packaging. Fancy wrapping a foot long sub in one single pack!

My regular place to dine in as the owners(franchise owners) both are husband & wife from Indonesia & we together speaks in bahasa, they very humble nice & good entrepenuer..i miss them so much as i no longer staying in holland road

Food was good. Male staff was friendly. The other 2 female staff seemed rather miserable though. Wish there was a toilet for customer to wash hands. Maybe there was. But saw a chair being used to block a certain area.

Ordered a sub at 9:30pm, place closed by 10pm. Was told take away only although there was a table outside and i wasn’t going to spend more than 10mins eating a subway and was denied a seat.. was literally oozing friendliness and customer service Not to mention the lady at the counter wasn’t listening properly and added options i hadn’t asked for. Wont be visiting this shop again until they can improve their attitude towards customers

A little disappointed by the Chinese lady with glasses (a little on the elder side) taking my order today. Was making my own personalised sub, so I asked if she could kindly tell me which meat is which. She answered my question (hastily) and proceeded to tell me “why not i add this, this and this so it’s a subway melt” I said i’m not ordering a subway melt. I continued to mention my meat options and she goes again “that’s a subway melt” i had to mention clearly, a second time, that i am not making a subway melt, i am making my own sub. Only then she understood. I asked for only mustard and she goes “huh thats it?”. Not to mention the whole time I was choosing my meat options, with each meat mentioned, she kept glancing over to the young Malay boy cashier. Why the body language? Felt like making my sandwich was a bit too much to ask for?
