The staff here is always friendly .. have a smile on their faces even during busy hours.. such small things make ones day. Keep it up guys... i skip the nearer Stuff'd outlets and go to orchard just for u guys.. Cheers

I always buy my kebab/daily bowl at Takashimaya, staff was very friendly especially Yuva, every time pass by they are non stop doing their job replenish foods / serving, sometime they look tired seems lack of manpower. If can I hope staff’d company can take care your staff at taka, arrange more staff so business can run better.

if I could give a zero it would be zero , the lady was extremely rude when I tried to take cutlery for a order I alr took earlier but I forgot. never once happen to me it’s literally folk and spoon but after they experience I rather eat my hands lol

Visited on 23 Jun, around 6.30pm. Staff assembling my daily bowls was extremely pleasant and patient. Greeted me, and wishing me a good dinner after. Ordered 2 bowls and though initially i said same toppings for both, changed my mind for 1 topping last min and he was so cool abt it. My bowls were filled to the brim. Cashier was not rude but expressionless.

I am a regular customer at Stuff'd Taka outlet. Today the staff were not the usual team. All different. The daily bowl was very little and the ingredients are not as delicious as usual. The eggplant so tough to swallow. My colleague ordered 2 portions of corn but it doesn't look like 2 portions, its so little n disappointed. What a waste of money to buy this for lunch and not be full. 🤦🏻♀️ if happen again I will boycott this outlet.

I have tried stuffd from many different outlets across singapore and usually they are quite generous with the serving size. However for this ion Orchard outlet, the serving size tend to be smaller , especially for the broccoli and main toppings , only 2-3 pieces of vegetables were given. Hope that stuffd Takashimaya can be more generous to regular customer especially if they are generous then we will visit more regularly and good for their business too 👌 Edit: visited them again for a second time on 5 June 2023. They become more generous with the serving. However, some ingredients like the tofu, they really select 3-4 pieces to give and the mash potato when they scoop can see it’s really diluted and watery. To branch manager / owner - you can have a look yourself or next time you visit you can see it 🙏

Stuff'D at Takashimaya is just awesome. The food is great, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious burrito and a friendly atmosphere. Ms. Yuva and Ms. Sharmila were super friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and were patient with me when I was trying to decide what to order. I would definitely return to Stuff'D just for the service. Overall, Stuff'D is a great place to get a delicious burrito and friendly service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.

I’m really quite disappointed with the portion I received from ordering this store. Given how the price is already higher than other stuff’d outlets due to its location, I was expecting at least the usual portion I get from the other outlets (city square, Seletar etc). No, the portion was so small! The staff gave the smallest scoop of protein I’ve ever gotten, and the box is not weighty like how a daily bowl is usually. You can refer to the photo to see how the portion is like VS the usual box that’s filled to the brim… (maybe I’m just v spoilt by other outlets hahaha) I don’t think it’s on the staff to give more per se as the staff mentioned they’re just following “SOP”, so I hope the mgmt / franchisee boss would reconsider the portion size as it is quite disappointing when compared to other outlets. Tho I think worthy to mention staff was polite overall and food tasted good, I would basically not buy from this stuff’d outlet again 😅

This is the worst Stuffd branch of all. Every ingredient they don’t want to give the customers, I can count how many pieces of carrots, broccoli, beans are in my order. The protein they would give a very small scoop. Small scoop for every thing basically. Even if they weight my bowl it wouldn’t meet the standard. Been to other branches and the staff would usually be more generous in ingredient but this one in Takashimaya food court is really the worst. Staff isn’t friendly too. Look for other options if you can, this branch is 👎

Absolutely amazing team. Shout out to stuff’d Takashimaya team. Delicious healthy diet food to go for. Staffs are very attentive, super friendly and super nice atmosphere. ❤️
