🥤Ice Blended Mocha Rich of taste and not too sweet. Perfect order for the hot weather. ☕️Hot Cappuccino The taste is decent, however the foam is not up to standard (looks more like flat white) 🎼 Environment Quite a cozy place to work / study because there weren’t a lot of people around and the distance between tables are not too close. The music played by the cafe itself is soft and not interrupting

Had my breakfast here today. The food taste great and the Cappuccino will make me stay awake all day! Ambience is good. Staffs are friendly, helpful and attentive.

Disappointing visit this time. First, this group of customers came and asked if we could move to another table. When we said no, they went to get the manager. The manager left us at the table in the end, and got another customer to move. It's not really nice to ask customers to move once they've already seated and are about to start their meal. The other tables available were either shaky or located near the dustbin. Why do i have to move since i also paid for my meal... that group only just had coffee. THEN, we noticed our pasta barely had any sauce and was more like aglio olio. This wasn't the first time we've had this pasta. The manager tried to make it sound like we're demanding more sauce, when the pasta should actually HAVE sauce. Not very nice. They already removed the capsicum from their recipe too. When it was served, mine had parsley when i had originally requested for NO parsley. When the manager served it to us, his face was like a thundercloud. We could feel his anger and unhappiness. Kinda makes one lose appetite with all this.

The place is cozy. I like the interior. I ordered the Dark Chocolate Latte and Carrot cake. There's nothing special about it but it's still okay to eat every now and then 😄 They are a but understaffed at the time I went there, but everything else was okay. They helped in setting a table for 5 of us who went there which was really nice of them.

CBTL Staff at Holland for this shift are not concern if the table is clean or not. The photo attached shows that the crumbs are still there even after the staff cleans the table aftera long wait.. Not sure whats the standard set for each branch. At this point in time ithe branch are not busy and not a lot of customer. here. Staff can even chat behind near the pantry/ store. guess they are waiting for the customer to clean and clear the table for them. i dont have such experience at the Plaza Sing CBTL. i will not want to come here and have my coffeebin future if possoble
