Ordered for 6pm delivery, came at 6:30pm. Not bad, most of the items are good. Pasta cmi. Pizza missing the Cajun chicken chunks since it’s the nachos cheesy 7 one. But still yum. Another delivery, all went well, super pan pizza was good.

Super lousy customer service. Said they will put somewhere with my name and order no. so that I can do contactless collection. It is kept HIDDEN, IN A BAG, BEHIND the counter. And have the cheek to shout at the customer. And the shouting was done AFTER I was rudely brushed aside by another staff when I tried to enquire. If not for the fact that it had been paid, I would have left. So, never again.

Placed order online for self collection. Selected pick up time 550pm, I didn’t get my order till 615pm. The ordering website should be programmed to lock out times that are already too busy. Plus, the staff were so busy, they were getting disorganized, my food was not super hot anymore by the time they gave it to me.
