Very poor quality. I paid $6.20 for a refreshing strawberry tea drink with a fancy description and it turned out to be diluted iced lemon tea! I wasn’t sure if I got the right drink, but the restaurant said yes because there was a little bit of strawberry purée (probably artificial) right at the bottom of the glass… this wasn’t even worth $0.50. It seemed like the restaurant had to cut corners due to rising costs and the quality has dropped a lot. Even the service staff was just 1 elderly man for dinner time.

Order Christmas pizza set since from 6.15pm, but waiting until 7.45pm order still not complete. Pending one of the pizza of Hawaiian. Service so horrible, I ask for check the order and let us know estimated time to wait, but no response. Waiting for one and half hour, only 2 customers dining inside but is damn slow!!! Poor experienced!!! We would like to order dessert, the service crew inform me need to be wait coz shortage of manpower,but this cannot be a reason that serve me late.

We wanted to order Christmas Party Box (6 regular pizzas and some sides) for Christmas. We came to this outlet just for this and we wanted to take away. The guy working here do not know that and insisted that’s only for dine in. We even showed the website where it clearly states the Promotion. We couldn’t order it since he only tell us thats for dining only. We went back empty handed. There was a girl also, who asked us to ask other person. Please let them know to be aware of the promotion the store is giving to not lose regular customers like me.

This “golden cereal chicken” pizza is absolute horrible. By the way, it’s not even pizza. This is bread with chicken nuggets and stuff on it. Even for bread, this is horrible bread. Even the chicken chunks on it is horrendous. Wow this is so SO bad we are speechless. Why did we even try this for fun after watching the TV commercial. What were we thinking. We also ordered fish and chips on the side. The fish was horrible and the fries were like “fake” fries. Wow we never knew food can get this bad. Unbelievable.

My friend and I waiting so long for uncle arrange seats for us to dine in. He said need wait. He continue slow motion take his own sweet time read through the take away order and continue ignore me and my friend. Until my friend ask again if the seats available he reply wait. After few moment he start walk to arrange seats and tell us need to wait. We already wait now still wait. No need serve dine in just put for take away only. You just make ppl who like Pizza Hut dislike Pizza hut….

Pizza Hut Paya Lebar Quarter 📍10 Paya Lebar Rd, #04-10 S Pizza Hut Paya Lebar Quarter, Paya Lebar Quarter, 409057 🍜 Food wise: Got this Bbq Chicken pizza, a 6-inch personal pan, along with soup of the day as well as a drink, all included under the Express Lunch combo. They also offered to sign up for an account that will allow you to redeem garlic bread! And if you do a survey, they will also give you a free personal pizza! So many freebies here! Love that all the food came piping hot, that soft and fluffy crust and tasty bread, definitely served fresh! Do get those garlic bread, such a buttery taste, nicely salted, so good! The Bbq chicken is not too bad, pretty decent flavours. The soup of the day was thick and creamy, probably the cream of potato, don’t mind having another bowl of it! Interestingly, the cheese and chili flakes were still served in small containers. ✨ Ambience wise: Clean restaurant! 🤵🏻 Service wise: Great! The staff was friendly and patient and shared with us how to get all those freebies. 💵 Price wise: $9.90++

This Pizza Hut has the worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant in the world. Last week I wanted to eat here with my friend. We stood waiting for 10 minutes but the staff ignored us and we eventually left. Today I ordered a takeaway from the website. The estimated order was supposed to be 20:09 and I only got my pizza at 20:29. Despite ordering a regular pizza, I was given two personal pizzas because they were out of regular pizzas for an order I made before 8pm. The staff was trying to convince me that two personal pizzas are a lot because there are 8 slices. I told her that personal pizzas have less topping and she said they gave me more than enough. You look at the photo and be the judge of whether two of this is worth 1 regular pizza. If Pizza Hut is not serious about their service standard, stock of pizza, and timeliness at their PLQ outlet, please just close it down.

I'm writing this as I wait. I have to agree with the others that this Pizza Hut outlet has really poor service. The last time I dined in, I ordered for their San Francisco style sourdough pizza. I was served regular dough pizza, without a word from the staff. When I inquired about it, the manager simply said that they don't have any more sourdough. Fine. Why was it not indicated on their app, and why didn't the staff inform us beforehand? Today, I ordered sourdough pizzas for self pickup through their website and set 11:20AM as the pickup time. I reached late at 11:45AM and expected that it's all ready for pickup. Nope, they have not even started preparing. I waited until 12PM before I finally got my food. I checked the pizzas and again I was given regular dough pizzas. I inquired with the cashier and he told me that they're out of sourdough, again. It's not even noon and you're already out? If you're not going to keep enough stock of your sourdough, why did you even put it as available for ordering? If you're out of it, why didn't you inform me so I can prepare alternatives for my relatives who didn't want to have the regular dough?

Worst customer service ever. Make a takeaway order which gave me eta 8.40, but had to wait 9.10 extra 30mins. No CS to look for as short of staff or no attention given to customer. Would never use this store and Pizzahut u need to make improvement as in many customers I front or behind of me waiting to get attention from staff. Edit again waited till 9.40 food is not ready haha It should be pizza huh Then ground staff fighting wow…. Pizzahut? U better do ur job managing

Just wanted to thank this lady for being so fast, precise yet generous with the ingredients and patience for getting through peak hour time! Not sure if it was because it was an open kitchen but the workstation and utensils were constantly cleaned and everything kept neat. Truly satisfying watching an open concept Pizza Hut kitchen for the first time. Although they got my order wrong, the staff were really nice about it and kept apologising for making me wait. Honestly refreshing given the service level of other outlets!

Singapore charge 10% service charge…but staff at counter didn’t bother to greet or mention anything about the bill, only pointed me to tap my card. After paying I was the one that thank him instead as he totally didn’t talk at all. Not asking for Japanese standard but at least have basic courtesy or ensure staffs do when employed.

We had late dinner and decided to dropby PLQ Pizza Hut. There wasnt any crowd and were ushered to our table. We were surprised at how they were pleasantly serving us even when there were difficult customers around us. The professionalism in serving their customers were awesome and pleasing. Thank you for an awesome and prompt service.

Visited Pizza Hut recently and had a mixed experience. The kitchen staffs (3 teenage Chinese boys), visible through transparent glass, were unprofessionally noisy and playing in the ktichen and with the cooking equipment. They made so much noise that the whole dining atmosphere is awful. On a positive note, a diligent server in her 50s-60s provided prompt, commendable service. The food quality was decent, but the kitchen staffs behavior raised concerns about hygiene. Overall, a letdown primarily due to the kitchen team's conduct.

I ordered via food panda and the collection was 1:24pm. I arrived 1:56pm. There was nobody at the cashier and they had to call her inside. There were only few customers inside the restaurant. When she came out she informed me that they had to throw my order and reprepare as they cannot serve it to me as it was outside for too long she asked me to come back. She reprinted my order and put it in the collection counter and went back inside. I just waited outside. 10mins later I noticed the kitchen was not preparing anything at all. So I asked the uncle server about my order and pointed on the receipt at the table. He brought the receipt inside the kitchen. He nicely also explained again to me and 1 more pizzahut staff also explained again and then they prepared the order, even asked me to sit down first. My only complaint here is the lack of communication with the cashier staff and kitchen staff which makes me confused. If i did not followup my order will they never start to prepare it? The cashier lady clearly knows I am already there and waiting for the order what is so difficult in handing over my order to the kitchen?

I went there a few days ago. Such a nice place with friendly staffs. Especially the manager - Cherry, she’s very supportive and kind. Will definitely come back.

Young part timer male, is very nice. Food is always delicious! Although abit pricey which I don’t often dine in but once awhile Pizza Hut just have different flavors design of their food so it makes it interesting and not boring. Nice!
