The service was horrible.. came in with my family and ordered 2 plain 2 egg 2 hotdog and was appalled to find out that they missed out one egg and one plain prata... ordered chicken as well and it was not given to me till we asked for it as they forgot. Also saw that prata was served for another indian customer that came after us. Got the drinks first and took around 30mins AFTER asking them for the prata and chicken to arrive. Almost all of the staff have changed, service horrible, prata is average and even considered bad. Never coming again. Go at your own risk.

Cozy little halal-Indian eatery for your late night dinners or suppers ❤️🙏🏻 Majority of the seats are in a mildly cool air-conditioned setting with a few tables put aside to accommodate those who prefer an outdoor atmosphere ☘️ Whether coming alone or with a colleague, you will not feel out of place as there is a sense of freedom here to be yourself without judgement 💙

Had an amazing experience eating here. Food was delicious and generous portions, clean and fast, open 24/7, and the kindest customer service I've had in a while. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews about service and I imagine it has to do with the time you come to the restaurant. When I came here at night, it was fantastic. Thank you so much, Ariff's, for helping me out when I was hungry and tired and really just wanted a good, tasty meal.

Good variety of Indian and Malay non-veg and veg food available. Service may take a bit of time but taste is worth the wait.

This is my regular favourite store for mutton Biryani and today it was the best so far. The curry is super tasty and the mutton is fresh and tender. Do ask for more mutton gravy which is super important to make a great meal. I give a 5 stars!

Food and service, so so. If you are an introvert like me who gets drunk and wants to be in a less crowded area. This is the place, after 2230, This place is the best for snacks like prata. Quiet, less human traffic after 2200 hrs and lepak.

When I dropped by Bukit Batok Ave 3, I found this awesome restaurant and the food was very tasty and awesome! I ordered masala thosai and poori and loved every bite of it. Thanks for the scrumptious meal. Although the decor is simple the food they prepare is like home made. They deserve the 5 star rating! All, pls do give it a try if you are in the area and you won’t regret! You will surely come for more!!!Enjoy!!!

Poor experience . Waited 30 minutes for food during weekday noon 4pm. Table is dirty and flys can be spotted in the restaurant

I had really a worst experience at Arif restaurant. I ordered 4 chapati and cashier just askes me to pay 12.90 but never give me reciept. When i asked for reciept he said,, bhayia just sit down. And i was wondering how could he charge me 12.90 for 4 chapaties. Really very rudely behaved.

Got 3 packets of Fried Kuay Teow. There's nothing inside, only some diced onions and fried egg which cost $5.50 per packet. And the taste is kinda sour. Not sure if it's purposely cooked that way or the kuay teow has gone bad. Either way we threw away all the food and had to order McDonald's. Waste of time and money. Never buying from them again

Date of visit : Sat 14 Oct 2023 Time : 6 pm Came here for loti prata. Nobody queuing for food. Ordered 2 plates : 1 onion and 1 plain, 1 onion and 1 egg. Ordered 1 tea Tarik and 1 ginger tea. Priced at $11.25. Prata is freshly made and good. Ginger tea is still slightly sweet despite asking for less sugar.

Today was our first time visiting this branch in Lorong 1 Toa Payoh and the food was very delicious. We ordered Mutton Dum Briyani and curry fish, masala thosai….a lot. The taste is excellent, and the service is also very good.

The food has gotten from bad to worse, and usually the safest food I’ll buy it’s either Nasi Goreng or Prata, but today Nasi Goreng is as good as eating plain rice with Anchovies with Chilli. No absolute taste at all and what surprises me is that there’s a Mee found in the noodle , which explains that the chef didn’t even bother to clean the Wok before frying the following orders!!!!! This really upsets all of us!

Ariff serves great prata and briyani. The mutton was soft. The recent promotion on butter chicken naan is delicious! The staff switched on fans for us to make us more comfortable. It would better if Ariff can restore the aircon to make it more cooling in this familiar Indian eatery.

Ordered without spicy and yet served with spicy, request to change and come again with spicy. Terrible experience. Please take care of non-spicy person~

Used to love this place and I used to come often with friends, almost daily. Not sure if management changed, but prices suddenly increased almost two fold and I recently realized what I was being charged was more than what was stated in the menu. Food quality on the other hand has drastically went down the drain. It is either too salty or too bland. The only good thing left is the stout, mask-wearing staff uncle who is ever friendly and courteous. Thanks for the good memories but I will not be patronising again.

Had 2 egg prata earlier today (Sunday around 115pm) prata was just so so. Tasted better ones. Curry was so so too. Peak hour, waited 45 minutes for my 2 egg prata. Outrageously long. Even saw some of their seated customers complaining why so long. They had grab and foodpanda orders too. Shouldn’t open to so many portals if not cope with the crowd. Dont be greedy and end up no service at all. Bukit Batok east branch
