We passed by so we decided to try, it was around 8.30pm, the service was not good. I'm not sure is it because they are closing soon or what. The lady at the counter just throw the QR code on our table. Our table is right next to the counter that she just stretched her hand out from the counter and dropped the QR code on our table without saying anything. The food was decent but it could be better if it comes with good service as people eat out to enjoy the food and the service as well.

Newly opened place in Sengkang Grand Mall that serves nice Thai dishes. We had the tanghoon with prawns. The highlight was the steamed sea bass with lime and chilli. It comes on a dish with warmer which keeps the soup base pipping hot. Ask for it to be less spicy as even then it still packs a punch. The fish was very soft albeit with many bones. We finished the meal with the chendol.

The food was delicious with resemblance to authentic Thai food. It's clear the chefs know their food and were able to recreate the taste. Fish was fresh, though the lemon became too overpowering with 2 slices and the skin made the broth bitter towards the end. Kang Kong was a little too salty but had the wok hey sensational taste. As for the service, I feel that it can be better. We stood at the door quite a while before anyone noticed us, and it wasn't during peak hour. The staff wasn't attentive to our needs like we have kids but they didn't offer kids cutlery or provide bowls when we had ordered soup. However, I'm sure it's because the outlet is still new as well as the staff so nothing a little experience won't overcome. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant gets very crowded during peak hours. So do go early. Ordered a few dishes: Tom Yam, Prawn Cake, Kang Kong, Basil meat all were good. Aside from a persistent fly around our sitting area, other than that the food and service were good.

I recently visited Sanook Kitchen and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the prices are reasonable and won't break the bank. However, the food taste was just okay and nothing to rave about. It felt like any other Thai chain restaurant. On the downside, the staff seemed disinterested and were not attentive to customers. They didn't seem rude, but more like they were preoccupied with other things. I also witnessed the manager scolding a staff member in front of customers, complaining that the staff have no improvement after 2-3 months and threaten to fire the staff. That was unprofessional and uncomfortable to do that in front of the customers. But the worst part of the experience was the terrible ventilation. The entire restaurant was full of food smell and it clung to our clothes, even after we left. Our stroller was also left with the smell, which was even worse than at the Korean BBQ restaurants. Overall, I would not recommend Sanook Kitchen due to the poor service and terrible ventilation.

Very delicious foods such as steamed fish, mushroom kailan and pineapple fried rice. Even the Thai milk tea tasted amazing! The service is excellent and restaurant is beautiful and clean! 100% recommended to all nearby and afar!

Came for a quick lunch today and the price was not expensive, food quality and taste were great. Waitress was polite and helpful. Ordered the spicy tanghoon and honey chicken rice. Will sure come back again.

The food was so good as usual. The team for 27/7 was friendly and helpful. I love the environment. So relax and quiet. Overall i enjoy my visit. Keep it up 🤟🏻

Nice and chilling atmosphere. Thai milk tea less sugar is perfection. Basil beef rice is delicious. Squid basil is decent. Overall, highly recommended place to eat.

We joined in the queue after strolling thru sengkang grand mall eatery/ restaurant. Lucky for us, the queue move pretty quick. The dishes was served quite prompty also. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Update: We ordered the set for 2 pax which include steamed sotong, fried chicken and stir fried kailan. Really have to mention the excellent service from the chinese uncle. 👍👍👍
