Nice and big outlet. Very spacious. And very crowded. It's quite noticeable from anywhere around Gandhi Maidan. Quality is good. Staff is good too. Only issue I had was my coke float had half glass full of ice so I asked for additional coke and they gave. Overall it's good. It has a seperate party/birthday section too.

It is a go to place, I used to visit here on regular basis. And my favourite items are Mac flurry, Mac puff, and Maharaja burger. It is quite spacious, it's servicing is also good and there workers are humble and quite helpful. It has good space and is well maintained. It is a place where you can spend good times with your family as well family. It's washroom is neat and clean. There are available veriyan type of food 🍔🍟

I am almost a regular there, and I have seems it at its highs and lows:- Pros:- 1. Quite spacious and happening 2. Located at one of better spots to hangout 3. Staff are usually friendly Cons:- 1. I had some experience with night staff where they don’t seem to care had to remind them like 3 times for our order which they forgot to serve in the first place

Over crowded on most days, but meals are kids favourite as usual. Party at this venue is NOT hassle-free as there is shortage of staff given to cater the party. You will have to keep on foot and see for your guests yourself. Not very good experience recently, as it was quite mismanaged and took a hell lot of time to deliver meal boxes though it was pre-booked for birthday. Two games for kids was a good option and entertained everyone at our party.

Loving’ it😊 They have a large menu with a variety of options, and the food is simple to obtain. The “burgers” get prepared swiftly and have an excellent flavor. The fries are also delicious, they have a crunchy exterior and a soft interior. They offer a wide selection of desserts and beverages. The restaurant itself is often spotless and well-lit. It's convenient that you may either eat inside or take your food to go. They frequently have special discounts and specials, and the prices are reasonable.

Good taste, No Straw provided, Ketchup is chargeable, slow and busy ! if you have enough time to hang out and talk with friends - this is the place.. take all time to sit and order the regular Mc D stuff. Staff is busy but responds back with things which you need.

I am sure this is an uncommon occurrence but this is the worst. I tried McWings and it was bad, atrocious even. It's a recent dish so I didn't pay much attention and decided to get McSpicy chicken burger and lo and behold, McSpicy was NOT spicy at all. Not in the slightest, as if they forgot to put the spicy patty or something. I didn't knew at that time that I could complain to the manager and get a new one but yeah it was bad especially for how expensive it is. (Pic attached is of McWings, do not try it)

I would like to rate this place 3.0 because the food was not worth its price. It's overrated and not so delicious. However the behavior of staffs was good and the place was clean and hygienic which is a good point. And availability of vegetarian options in large amount was another thing that I would appreciate.

First time visited McD in Patna, had a very good experience. Staff's behaviour was very nice. They have whole wheat bun available also, but I felt little amount of refined wheat flour(maida) added in it also. Beware of combos or meal offered and try not to take cold drinks from McD instead buy another bottle outside.

Limited options for burgers, we took Chicken McGrill, bun was soggy and deflated, patty was 1 cm think, there was 1 piece of tomato with a drop of sauce that too not evenly spread.patty smelled like it was a week old. Medium size fries had small size quantity that too hella soggy. Overall this outlet is very disappointing and not recommended at all. I have been to n different McD outlets in lots of places but never had such a bad experience ever.

As usual food and as usual good service. However, we didn't like their wrap. We took lots of items and most of them were good, except the wraps. I took espresso in place of cold drinks. Never knew before that coffee at McDonald's is so good. The shop is located at the heart of Patna with an astonishingly large floor area. We missed the contemporary western music always played in McDonald's.

(i) The cheese wasn't melted enough to enjoy, which significantly affected the overall taste and texture of the burger. It left a lot to be desired in terms of flavor and satisfaction. (ii) The bun was not soft, detracting from the burger's overall appeal. A soft bun is crucial for a pleasant eating experience, and the lack of it was disappointing. (iii) There were no straws provided with the beverages, which was inconvenient and unexpected. This oversight detracted from the overall convenience and enjoyment of the meal. (iv) The staff experience was not satisfactory. There seemed to be issues with service, possibly related to efficiency or attitude, which impacted the overall dining experience negatively. Improved staff training and management could greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
