Is not bad at all. Bought the nasi lemak home and my cat also like the ikan billis but i told her cannot eat too much then she angry and throw tantrum sit on the floor being angsty. Just something to take note if you dont want to share with your cat. But its good for her because eat ikan billis will drop fur i dont want her be botak

When I went to northpoint outlet branch at 6pm today (7th dec) ,A male malay cashier staff was so rude ,Ordered a chicken cutlet set from him and the malay staff mock at my english (many times) and he already knew what i need ordered , I was super angry 😠 I'm only want bought the food from your stall but I'm felt the staff no respect me at all , please improve your staff attitude! I believe this is not the first time he do this kind of action to the customer !

A male malay staff at the cashier count attended me to earlier at around 615pm. Very bad service. It seems like he does not have the basic or simple courtesy to serve a customer. Will not visit this store again. Please train or guide your staff well.

Today my colleague go to buy the food from there (northpoint crave outlet), but the staff laughing my colleague non-stop and said that "cutlet ah? I thought carlet, hahaha ",u want my colleague how to buy your food next time.

Bought chicken wing nasi lemak recently. The rice was super salty and almost inedible. There must be some kind of quality check before the food is sold to customers. I have eaten at other outlets without any issues. No wonder there is no queue at this outlet.

Not only did they raise the price, but they also altered the flour, resulting in chicken wing skin that’s overly orange and meat that remains pinkish. It was terrible.

Very Bad I bought 4 parts of nasi lemak from Crave from North point.. to my surprise the parts came without the chilli.. its first time I seen nasi lemak without chillil

we ordered 2 portions of jewel nasi lemak. brought it home only to find out we were missing fillet and bergedil for BOTH meals. extremely upset because we were looking forward.. after reading the reviews, guess we're not the only ones.
