I am abit disappointed because one parts of the chicken wings have hair luckily the whole chicken meat is not raw thank you😀👍

First time commenting. Never thought I would waste a chicken like this. Ordered from grab food a FRESH FARM WHOLE CHICKEN. Chicken was salty and dry. No taste. The burnt parts had more taste as compared to the meat but it reminds me of dark chocolate because it bitter... Meat was dry and hard and tasteless such that even Matt Stonie will not be able to finish this. Small portion of fries which came soggy too. Nothing was good about this meal. Overall, just over-fried tasteless hard chicken which is NOT FRESH (its called fresh farm chicken from Tenderfresh) so please do not try this at home. Worst fried chicken I ever had.

I’m not sure where my rider is going with my order... he left Causeway Point 20 min ago and has not arrived with my chicken order when I’m only 5 minutes away. After 20 minutes, the rider is at Admiralty MRT area... I’m terribly upset that my good will arrive cold and with much water condensation. It’s been more than an hour since I ordered my food ☹️

Warning. There’s a particular staff who tends to miscalculate your change. Happened too often even during non-peak hour to be a genuine mistake. I realized it when it happened to me thrice over less than 2 weeks period when I buy dinner there. Better check your change and don’t stupidly assume he will give your change accurately.

Nethan the store in charge was superb friendly and customer service on par with HaiDiLao. Have a small talk and we both agree that top notch customer service is same importance as serving great food.

Nah , feedback i got very bad stomach uupset last.year after packing the coleslaw they froze. Message was read but no 1 bother to reply. From there on i know , we will nv eat this place brands.... Not sure about other's experience, but personally, i have never seen such a place that simply ignore such feedback, note i didnt even ask for refund or attempt, was jus merely trying give some improvement notes.

I love my fried chicken. Wings, spring chicken and all. I ordered a spring chicken for an early lunch today. Gave a few instructions like more ketchup if possible, keep the box open to allow the steam to escape to prevent the skin from losing its crispness. Upon arrival, the box was closed and so was the plastic bag. No need to guess what happened to the crispness of the skin. Asked for ketchup but got chillies. I guess whoever was working today didn't bother to look at the instructions provided by the customer. Not much to say and expect!

Takeaway kiosk with 21.5% increase in food price. Half chicken with rice was $6.50 few months ago and it’s $7.90 now.
