Had a very pleasant service here with scrumptious food. I would like to compliment one of the Western staff, who I think is an Italian, who made my day. He never fails to show a smile on his face. The food was delicious too! I tried their new Lemonade juice and it's a WOW! Keep up the good work sir!👍

The worst experience ever. Never had such a bad encounter at this restaurant before. Asked for iced water bu the waiter stared at me. Asked for ice water again for two more times but my request was ignored. Pizza came in late (25min). Not cut properly and the dough stuck on the the pan. Ordered alfredo meatballs and it came with watery sauce. Only good thing about my order is a cheesy mozarella popper. Only two staffs manning the whole floor. And one of them scolded vulgarities in front of the customers during the argument especially when kids are present in the restaurant. Left the place with no ice water still. And the staffs can still be heard arguing in the kitchen. Totally poor service.... Pizza Hut standards getting really low...

My friend & I went to Pizza Hut HarbourFront Centre today & was attended by the impeccable Mr Sanjay. He was very helpful, friendly, attentive & made us felt welcomed. We made special requests & he was more than happy to accede to our requests. A staff with such a positive attitude is an asset to the restaurant. The food is very delicious too. Highly recommended.

Something should really be done about the customer service at your HarbourFront outlet. There is consistently long waiting times even when the outlet is almost empty. Another thing is the persistence of your staff to check my email for my pickup order confirmation when it is not required at other outlets. I don't see the logic when I have already quoted my name and phone number for the corresponding order. It is absolutely redundant and wastes even more time. Please educate your staff at the HarbourFront outlet with some common sense when it comes to customer service because they act like robots yet still suffer from inefficiency.

Does not taste like Pizza Hut in the USA Gave me horrible food poisoning. Size regular is not standard regular size- more like a personal pan size.

A typical lunch at Pizza Hut turned into a really pleasant experience due to Sanjay who helped me to redeem freebies like garlic bread and cheese fries. He was really friendly and enthusiastic so thumbs up to him 👍🏻

We had a great lunch together with my family. The food was great, service was excellent.I remember the staff who served us went beyond extra mile by suggesting foods and promotions and making sure we had everything we need. Thanks Sofia and team you made my family visit not just memorable but enjoyable as well.

Hasn’t been to Pizza Hut in years, and wasn’t expecting much. However, Sofia and her team were awesome despite the madding dinner crowd, and delivered great service and good food. Pleasant surprise! :)

We had a wonderful pizza making workshop held at Pizza Hut Harbourfront yesterday. The staff ( shoutout to Jay, Sofia, Jian Hui and team) at this outlet were a delight, going out of their way to ensure accessibility and inclusion for our participants. Their genuine enthusiasm made our experience truly memorable. It’s heartening to learn this outlet is also an inclusive workplace that hire staff with special needs. Our workshop lead Jim was engaging and used his creativity to modify his usual operation modus to better cater to our added needs. We appreciate his thoughtfulness and generosity (giving us extra freebies and Pizza Hut memorabilia). Food was delicious, serving was generous and served promptly after the workshop. The outlet was well laid out and gave enough space for a wheelchair user to move around easily. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely want to be back.

I recently tried Pizza Hut's Shrimp Aglio Olio and Thin Crust Hawaiian Pizza, and they both exceeded my expectations. The Shrimp Aglio Olio had a perfect balance of garlic and spice, and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. The Thin Crust Hawaiian Pizza was deliciously cheesy with just the right amount of pineapple and ham. Additionally, I want to mention the excellent service I received from Sonia and Sofia during my visit. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable. Their exceptional service truly enhanced my overall experience at Pizza Hut.

Awesome service by shift leader Sofia and her team! Sofia remembered our special order to change from melt to pizza and reminded the kitchen. When it was wrongly delivered to our table, Sofia and team gladly assisted to correct our order. Waiting time is not long. We had a good meal Thank you

Shift Leader Sofia was very accommodating and explain to us when there was an error in the ordering. Food was good which no hiccups. Recommend to eat here as it is quiet too!

My first time dining and had a great experience. Thanks to the friendly staff for accommodating our needs. Especially to Ate Sofia who approached us if we needed something else aside from our meals. Thanks so much Pizza Hut the wings are superb will sure come back for it!!!

Enjoyed having our dinner here! We got the spicy chicken pomodoro pasta, hawaiian pizza and kitkat melt. Pasta was spicier than expected and tangy as described. Pizza was served hot and fresh. Kitkat melt was a good try (chocolate and cheese) but it may not be as chocolatey for people who prefer sweets. Shoutout to the manager and staff for the cordial service :) They're all attentive and friendly. We really appreciated how quick and courteous they were throughout the dinner.
