The tea rice is quite nice. Tea is fragrant and rice accompanied by a variety of savoury ingredients. Miso pork and chicken are nice (salmon not so, it’s a bit dry). Sweet potato cream on the Mont Blanc is a little soft and doesn’t quite stick/stay on the cake, but that is probably because they mixed in too much sweet potato. Excellent flavour though! All in all nice experience.

Good dessert shop with limited drink options. Hot meals such as cha-nabe (Japanese rice/noodle soup pot) are available even though the place predominantly serves desserts . Flagship fruit tarts were good and mildly sweet. House-blend tea was okay, served in transparent cups and pot. Hojicha latte was strong. Place was clean and spacious and service was fast.

Quite disappointing. We had the High tea which is one pot of tea & one slice of cake for $12. The tea is normal sencha which we get from a tea bag & the mixed fruit tart did not look appetising. Taste of the cake was sub par, banana was not fresh, fruit pieces were soft & soggy. Considering the next door us Paris Baguette. I will not return here.

Hi Jem Fruit Paradise! Yesterday, three of us went to Jurong East Jem Fruit Paradise and ordered two fruit tarts and one salmon set. Total spending: $39.01. The salmon set comes with a drink. Lychee lemon comes with two straws, and we attempted to request one more. However, the staff's body language indicates that she is dissatisfied with our request, and she then completely ignores it. If, as a service line employee, you are unable to meet our request, simply inform us that you are unable to provide us with one more straw, and that two straws are the maximum. We have no objections. You should not simply ignore your customer and blackface. Furthermore, we overheard the black shirt staff discussing us behind us with the rest of the staff, including the kitchen staff. And we can hear them saying that we only ordered one set of salmon. All of these employees are also staring at us the entire time. This makes us very uncomfortable and upset. We've been to other Fruit Paradise locations in Singapore, and we love the Fruit Paradise fruit tart. It's delicious and looks nice. Other branch service is excellent, but not at Jem Branch.

I really like their tarts 😍 my parent and sister love their ochazuke. The staff weren’t very friendly during our first visit. But I come back cuz I really like their cake. To my surprise, today the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s something wrong with the ordering so she helped me to run around to check and even went to the kitchen to ask. At the end, the ochazuke is not on the ordering system due to the lack of cooked rice. She even help me to order manually, so that we can have our tart and tea(which is part of the ochazuke set, so will be cheaper 🤭) Really appreciated the help. Thank you 😘 I will be here again for the chocolate banana tart 🤣Highly recommend ppl to come here for high tea 😍😍😍

@ JEM. Was surprised to find a nice cafe with a lot of seats on a weekday afternoon unlike Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Huggs, Yakun and Toast Box. This should have been a BIG WARNING SIGN. But alas my friend and I were attracted by the cute, light green booth seats. A cup of latte was $7.90 and it was smaller than the size of a small cup of Yakun coffee. Coffee Bean large cup coffee also cost $7.90 but 2.5x the volume. Service staff was rude as she answered our questions in monosyllabic tone. Pls do not come here again. At least I will not.

Its been so long since i had fruit paradise and sadly it seems like their pastry standard have dropped. It is great that the pies are not overly sweet but somehow something is lacking as it just doesnt hit the spot.. perhaps the cream was not as rich as i expected, or maybe because the temperature of the pie was not cold. A little disappointing as cravings were not really satisfied..

It was a fine evening time that day and i wanted to have a simple drink with peace after shopping at ikea. The lychee lemon drink was excellent. Also i did try my all time always favorite mango. The item was great and refreshing with perfect chillness. The crunchy choco balls on top of fresh cream, rice puffs under the fresh cream was a surprise. And mango cubes with perfect sweetness. Then came the rice balls, and the last layer was jelly. WOW. I loved it. The ad pop on the table corner said that there is $5 voucher for payments via citi cards. But i did not receive any.

Fruit Paradise but the tarts hardly had any fruits for the price, but loads of tasteless cream. I prefer Paris Baguette cakes next door because the yoghurt cream is refreshing. Our first and last visit.
