Very interesting braised beef. Not the Hainanese nor Taiwan nor Hong Kong nor Thai style. The soup is a bit on the cloudy slightly red side. It is almost as if they had added fermented red yeast. The soup is not strong on beef flavour but tasty. It is satisfying just to see the different parts stewing away in the big pot. Portion for $7.50 is generous.

Many years ago, there was another beef noodle stall in this food court. It was on the left of this brisket king beef noodle. That beef noodle shop was much far better and they used to have an outlet in jurong point! This current one is rather disappointing. There is just not enough taste to the broth.

Had #4 beef & tendon - $7.50. Reasonable food in mall price. Worth it as the portion is substantial & chunky, not your regular thin slices. Soup is really rich & flavourful.

I like their beef soup. But today’s service was so disappointing. I was ordering 2 types of beef soup for take away, the staff served me beef meatballs soup instead. I rephrased my order, but the other staff commented that I was being rude. I didn’t respond to her comment as I got my order and just leave the stall. I didn’t see a rude attitude by asking for the right order.

Both my wife n me had their 3 meat signature noodles and was surprised how the soup was watery and lack of flavors. Last we had was last month and it was awesome as always. But this time, it was disappointing. Hope it was just a case of an “off day”.
