Frankly this branch of Tenderbest didn't live up to my expectation, compare to the one i had in Clementi back in my school days. If you are used to eating Bukit Timah Hawker Center BBQ wing or 可爱鸡Clementi store standard ... u will be greatly disappointed. Meat neither tender nor best.... Sigh

Food was so so, nothing much to review about. Just that it was the only western food store in the coffee shop. However, Tenderbest should invest in customer services for their sub-standard service staff. Went down to their store at Jurong West Street 91 today (30th November 2021) during lunch time. Was horrified at how rude their female cashier was when comes to customer service. It's not rocket science to know that such sub-standard customer service is not gonna help your business moving forward. Will be taking my business elsewhere until Tenderbest is able to re-train this female cashier. Will no longer patronize this store, will have my western food at NTI coffee shop instead.

Chicken chop is good, but the spring chicken has dropped in standard very dry. The nearby franchise at pioneer mall has done a better job at their spring chicken

It's a very unhappiness experience. I have never never encountered such issue. I look at my food, someone has bitten the food, wondering who is the one.. I will never never buy tenderbest food anymore.

This Tenderbest stall @ Taman Jurong has never failed to make me happy! I came back to Taman Jurong, this familiar coffeeshop after almost a year moved to Jurong West. I’m happy to see that Tenderbest is still here with a modern and trendy look after so long I left this place. The fried chicken wings and the spring chicken set were my favourite as I think the food here is probably one of the best Tenderbest outlet I tried. The chicken is crispy outside but tender and juicy inside! The aroma and taste of the rice, coleslaw, chilli sauce is perfect and the staffs here are quick in their service and very friendly! Please do drop by and taste the fried chicken and other fishes from this stall! I bet you’ll love it! #tenderbest

portion is pathetic. fish is thinner than a pack of tissue, fries is almost as pale as coleslaw. went back to ask the owner he said this is normal??? for $8.90 you definitely can eat something even better here. seriously don’t bother with this stall.

I like this place for its food quality, service and atmosphere. Here, we can try lots of variety of foods at a reasonable rate.

How many times did they fry the chicken or did they change the oil. The fried chicken which I ordered looks more like a bbq chicken. And you will not find the fried skin to be crispy as all. As compared with other Tenderbest, this is among the worst

Hallah western food stall. Food is ok. Fried chicken wings go for $1.50 a piece with drumlets and I feel it's a tad expensive. Most main dishes go for around $7.
