I normally have good experiences at this location. The staff at this location are very nice and always complete our order well. There appears to be some new staff. I placed my order for the 10 piece family meal and ordered only dark. I was near the counter as they packed my order and 2 staff looked and me and placed themselves blocking my view while packing my order and whispering. I didn't think about it much while I was there as I usually have a good experience, however once I got home and checked the order there was all pieces including wings. I called and asked to speak with someone about my order and the laughed and put the phone down ( not hanging up). Very rude. I wouldn't mind this if it was communicated that that's all they had. Disappointed!

Overall pretty good. Cashiers were nice and the food was pretty decent. The combo is a great deal and the chicken strips were good but could be juicier.

Worst customer service experience ever. That older lady needs to get FIRED yesterday...If they have to speak their language, do it in the back. You can clearly tell they are talking about the customers. I would never come back here nor would I recommend you come here for anything...

I remember loving Popeyes Sandwiches . Real chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a cabatta bun..crispy and fresh..didn't easily get soggy. I just ordered a sandwich from this location and it was disgusting. The main ingredient was oil...refried salty chicken slathered in mayo which then turned into an oily mess in a bun that was squished and unnecessarily buttery. I hate pickles and that is the only item they decided to slap in this thing to call it a sandwich. I omitted pickles from my order but I regret buying this. I tried to eat it despite the taste and smell but my throat refused to accept it so had to throw it away. It was disgusting, nasty and inedible Waste of money.

The food is great as usual, but the staff were something else. The moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile from both manger(s) and was asked how my day was going. It is so refreshing to hear such pleasantries with a smile. Definitely one of the best Popeyes out there!

I think this is the only store that serves fresh chicken patties in sandwiches and onion rings. I order chicken sandwich meal from there often and they always make my day ! Highly recommended.

The cashier Nasrin has some serious attitude issues don’t know how there’s so many people out there who are desperate for jobs and yet the management was able to find someone so wrong for it . I’d rather drive the extra mile next time, they don’t seem to care about losing a customer anyway so..

Redundant at this point in time, but this branch of Popeyes at Bartley Bull has the best service. Understanding and Friendly Staff who served my takeout order in less than 5 minutes. The atmosphere more peaceful and serene with courteous customers speaking in privacy as well as clear communication between kitchen staff and cashier during the fulfillment process of my order. The result being the record time, in my experience, of the fastest service in Fast Food

The food was great. The reason for the 1 star is there was a customer from the states who only had American cash or card. The person in black/grey which I'm assuming is the manager lied about the conversion rate and said that 60$ USD was equal to 65$ Canadian. She advised them that the cash would be the better option which was false. Imagine it's your first time in a country surprising family only to be scammed by a fake friendly manager. Absolutely horrible behaviour. Because they guests were in a rush they didn't bother to contest it afterwards they just trusted they would be told the truth. This will probably be the last time I'm coming to this location. If they could do that to a random guest I don't know what they do to my food.

Costumer service is horrible. They don’t know how to talk to costumers, especially Navneet. When we tried talking to them, they were not willing to communicate with us. They argued with us rather than understanding the situation, even the manager too.

This is my favourite location! The staff is always very polite and the Manager is warm and friendly. If I go without my children she will ask me how they are doing and I appreciate that very much because I feel seen! The place is always clean as well so I often dine-in.
