Disgusting, horrible, disappointing. These are the three words I can use to describe this McDonald’s. They did not put our hash-browns and hotcakes during our takeaway and they won’t even respond to our calls properly. Such terrible, horrible service. I have no words to express my disappointment. deez nuts taste better than McDonald’s. Now my friend have to starve herself and we cannot even share with her our food because half of the breakfast wrap is empty, NOTHING IN IT. Additionally, last time I used to buy the fillet-o-fish, and they still had 1 piece of cheese. Now, they ONLY HAVE HALF A PIECE OF CHEESE?!?! what is this ?!?!?!

The Laksa sauce is really the bomb! Very saucy. Very coconutty! Not very spicy so those who can’t eat spicy food can also try this! I think this laksa burger is the best burger McDonald’s have to offer by far. Didn’t have a chance to try the laksa chicken burger before it was taken off the menu. Had the prawn one. But I heard the chicken one is even better. The bun used was not the typical sesame bun but sweet brioche bun that goes very well with the sauce. Every ingredient used in this burger goes well together. McDonald’s should consider putting this on the menu permanently or bringing it back at least once every year. This is SO much better than the Samurai burger! 5 stars for the LAKSA burger.

Ive lived here for 4+ years - seen fast service, slow service, COVID. Everything. They REFUSE - ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to salt their fries 80% of the time? Why? They taste absolutely terrible. This has been going on for years. This is the most constant thing when coming here. Your food might be good, might be on time, but you can bet it will have unsalted fries. Stop the madness.

Been mainly getting my Mac from here for over 10 years growing up because i live nearby. Food always been decent and only got my order wrong twice. Just a few flaws. For a few years now (5-7?), they haven't been salting their fries. Like at all. And today they messed up & real bad that i had to put up a review. I waited for 40 minutes seeing my order # climb the queue just to have it disappear. At the same time, it was getting packed with more customers coming & ordering since nobody stopped them even though the preparation & serving couldn't be any slower and everyone was waiting. Shortly after i left when i overheard my food ran out. Then i came back an hour+ post-order just to check one last time and still my food nowhere to be seen. Easily the most i've waited for food and by far the worst Mac experience in my life. Very much unlike the usual. Never got my honey soy chicken set LOL. This was a pickup order (disappeared eventually too) through their mobile app and during peak hours.

This is the worst McDonald's store I have been to for a while. I tried the new honey soy chicken, I expected it to be juicy but it turns out to be dry and overcooked. And so is the fries, its dry and cold and sad looking. For the service it is still ok. It is just the food that needs improvement.

I felt cheated they give me 3 drumstick inside of 2/2 each, when mid wing is nicer. And they never give me my honey butter shaker powder. Worst of all, I order happy meal, they don’t give me toy. 🥲

Not once or twice but at least 3 times.. I ordered takeaway and got items missing. Sometime back, it was fries missing. Last Friday’s, my son’s happy meal toy was missing. Have to return to store to settle. So troublesome. I think you should check thoroughly at your end before handing the pack out.

Ordered 2 double fillet o fish meal with mac crispy adds on for both, but end up only receiving one. And didn't receive the drinks as well.. although its my oversight for not checking for the drinks, but to miss out 3 items for a single order is ridiculous. I have the receipt with me.

Ordered the big breakfast set from food panda. What was the packer who packed the takeaway thinking?! No utensils given they expect us to eat with our bare hands? No salt and pepper given, no butter given, no grape jam, no maple syrup given and due to this we had to especially go get butter from the nearest sheng shiong. Posing so much inconvenience just to have a proper breakfast. Who eats pancakes without syrup or butter? Just think about it. Seriously you guys are the worse mac outlet in Singapore. Your staffs are always missing out on orders and even the most basic stuff like utensils and condiments. It is not the first time and it’s always from this outlet. Won’t be eating or ordering from your Mac outlet again. Truly terrible. Please buckle up or close as we don’t deserve such unacceptable service. Would have zero stars.

Waited 25mins to receive just fries and salad....and the size of the fries doesn't look like L at all....I thought maybe fries came out in the bag, but no this is all I got. Very disappointing.

I ordered via mobile take away. A chicken muffin meal and redeemed a hotcakes w sausage, my chicken muffin meal I selected a hashbrowns but was missing in the bag. This is not the first time my family encountered missing items at your restaurant orders for take away. Pls be more meticulous on pick and pack on customer order, beside that your restaurant isn't busy at the point of time I placed my order.

i would give one star if i could. ordered a simple value meal at 11.39 am and only received it at 12.30. nearly an hour later. how can you call yourself a fast food restaurant when it takes bloody 1 hour to serve a meal

Got the value deal for $6, which comes with the fillet meal and 4 pieces of nuggets. While it is value for money, the fries were nasty.. It was not flavourful and super dry. Milo was good though, flavourful versus the other outlets which may be diluted.

Look at the difference in the photo one looks like chicken and the other looks like my grandma. Even Nasi Lemak aunty can make better chicken, worse food experience of my life, chicken was so hard it’s like rock, can’t chew. Vomited after eating it, never recommend coming to eat here

Place can be crowded on Sunday afternoon. Abit understaffed got the wrong fried chicken, not the spicy one. Coffee is so so. Chicken burger and fries okay. Trash not clean and overload. Can't say much else as its a popular place and was a quick decision.
