Food tasted great. However, service from staff is not. At the sauce station, there was some problem with the equipment and it dropped on my food, that was okay for me. The second time she tried again the sauce leaked out and touched on the warp directly. At the warping station, i did requested for more mashed potato and he said it was my fault that the warp is now too big and the sauce is leaking as seen in the picture. Well do ur job properly because when i opened it, there is so much space between the filling and the warp. Everything fell apart when i took it out. The aluminium foil used also has holes. Asked to cut in half but never cut all the way down. Do some cool action by cutting diagonally. EDIT, 18/2/2022: Went back and bought their burrito again. Food quality was awesome, tasted great and fresh. Was wrapped properly and everything was clean. However, i still felt the burrito can be filled up more. I don't know if it is to keep the filling in during a bite, but it is not that filled up compared to when they first started.

One of the worst experience I had. Something greatly missing in here. One extra topping cost $2 extra, but they can simply say we don’t have cabbage in stock. Funny staffs, I believe they need more training and they should know the value of their service. I am totally disappointed with the food.

Ordered via self pick-up at 6.50pm+ with collection time at 7.07pm. Came to the stall at 7pm to wait and another lady with pick-up time later than mine (7.09pm) collected her food first. So I asked the cashier if my food is ready and she said she will check with her manager. After 10 minute, manager finally found my order slip and started to prepare my food. They explained that the order was somehow missed and they were short of staff. So by the time I finally got my food, it was 7.20pm (30 min after I submitted the order online). And the portion is significantly smaller than usual (especially the salmon bowl). As much as I try to sympathise with their lack of staff situation, I might as well just queue at the store straight instead of ordering in advance? That would have been faster. Good thing is that both the cashier and manager seemed nice with a good attitude. Please give this store more staff.

Fast walk through as long as you know what you want. Staff knows me after coming here after a few visits. Quite friendly and no problems. Food is good, fresh with lots of variety.

May and team were very helpful and went the extra mile. I wanted to ordered chicken (4 servings) but they were cooking a new batch and May kindly helped to check if they had enough. They also helped to label our food and ensure that I am able to differentiate the orders. May and team are a gem and they are such a delight!

Stuff’d has some real good burritos and kebabs for surprisingly good prices, I had their chicken burrito on one occasion and their satay chicken kebab on another, and it was really good. The sauces was never too spicy for me, and the vegetables felt fresh and juicy. The only complaint I would have is that the $1.50 can of soda is lukewarm, which is easily fixed if you just give me ice or put the drink in a fridge. Overall, very good burritos for good price.

Ordered Daily Bowl - Veggie. And the Base of "Hummus or the avocado mash" was not given to me. Veggie, sauce, 5 toppings was given to me. But the most impt BASE was left out my the staff in the order, i realised it when i opened the item when i reached home. Adding on, the Q was SO LONG and i waited 20mins for my food :( Photos as attached! Pls do a service recovery for this, thanks!

This was my first time order stuff’d and actually it was a good service by the staff especially the male guy and it was very delicious food… i don’t know why they argue about the portion bcs i see they give the right amount of chicken and right portion of toppings which suitable with the price…the staff also very friendly and they also recommend which topping is the best for me… i would recommend u all to try

Stuff’d punggol is one of my favorite locations, since i am staying nearby and the service here is much better than the other branches. Been getting the same order pretty much everyday. Wonderful Aunty hoon which is the elderly lady who’s always around been a great person to talk to before making payment. I would say all the service staff there are wonderful. I don’t know their names but the two handsome malay guys, pretty indian lady and two other pretty & sweet chinese sisters are friendly and without doubt love their jobs from what i can see. Best place to get a quick and healthy meal

i’m always a Stuff’ed fan, always go with Daily Bowl. Just recently i found this place filled with very little veggie base for the daily bowl. You hardly recognise the base from the pic. This is not happening for the first time that makes me not want to visit this outlet again. BTW, when the truffle egg will come back, I really love that topping.

Chicken Kebab at $6. Taken many times and their kebab is great. However, slightly lose out today at wwp as the meat was not as gerously stuffed as before, and chicken slightly less roasted maybe because too much order not time to wait for heavier roast. After all, I still like it as compared to Pasar Malam ones. Btw, no seats here at stall.

I had a great experience with Xin Yuan at the Waterway Point outlet. She was very accommodating when I asked for a bit more chicken in my order, as I noticed the ratio of veggies to meat was unequal. She kindly added extra without hesitation, ensuring customer satisfaction!

The staff , aunty hoon, Megal,Malini and Meiling are great workers taking the orders efficiently together with taking care of their customers very well in the terms of the service and i would give each of them a extra star for the way they work together well. Stuff'd has a great team of workers here and always has great food. BIG Thumbs up to the team there

Food is rather cold. There is no queue but the staff didn't even heat the tortilla for 5 sec. At least the sandwich at subway is always warm as they bother to set a time for the oven. Stuffd should review and enforce the relevant SOP. Or perhaps cold food is intended and tolerated? Does not make for a great experience for the customer, that's for sure.

Grab food self pick up order got stolen. When approached the counter, Indian lady brainlessly tell me "haven't yet haven't yet" without even checking. The order got stolen you tell me order not ready without even checking. If I never approach the counter again, how long you want me to wait? Brains sometimes must use one. Suggest to send her for basic customer service training. Thank you to the other staffs that promptly prepared the food once they found out that the pick up order was missing.

Waited about 10 minutes to place the order even if there were only 2 people before me. Only 1 person was there to prepare both delivery orders and takeout orders and she was slow too. No wonder why this place has a long queue always. However, after about 15 minutes I was able to get my completed order (just 2 chicken kebab) with a wrong sauce. I ordered honey mustard sauce, but sadly she has added spicy habanero.

There is this lady from china presumably in her 40s, she is very anyhow. My first encounter of her was at Compassone sengkang, she was cashier and when she wanted to bag my burrito, she "airball" it and it completely dropped onto the floor, she did not offer to remake it. This time at Waterway point, the chicken was still white when she sliced them, totally no taste. She dont have a good idea of wrapping a burrito, it needs to be wrapped tight but instead she gripped it tightly making a finger imprint onto it. She also nonchalantly speaks in chinese, its a wonder she havent get fired yet. picture attached is my burrito collapsed even after reheating on a pan to make the skin solid, too much air in it because it was wrapped too loose.
