This place is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have had a terrible experience here. They make me wait for one f*ckin hour for FAST FOOD. I don't have energy to wait any longer to dine in and ask them to take away, but they are not even ready. Food is badly prepared with some not-so fresh ingredients. Disappointed about their service, not recommended. This branch needs better supervision.

Massive improvement compared to pre renovation period The renovation made this outlet up to par compared to other outlets Nice to see since this is one of the longest running McDonald's outlet in west of jakarta Kudos to the management for bringing this place to current standard 👍

As long as PPKM, this outlet not 24 hours for customers dine in. Only for online driver booking. Parking lot area is broad enough even for car or motorcycle. No drive thru. There are 3 machines for order independently. You can pay cash and cashless. Very satisfying customer experience.

Self service machine on 2nd floor. They work relatively fast, considering usually many Gojek/Grab/Shopee drivers also waiting to get their orders.

Excellent service here. Lots of seating. Service is so good, the worker took the time to put hot sauce on my tray even though it was very busy. Also, the restaurant assigned a very smart woman to help people with the automated ordering machines. Other franchisees could learn a lot from this location. (March 2023)

So annoying that they onesidedly marked my order as delivered then proceed to be late by an hour when I've scheduled it one and a half hour prior 😮‍💨 no confirmation that they'll be late, no option to cancel, nothing. Completely blaming the management here.

Food was good and the service was pretty good But my burger (chicken burger) was pretty bland, but the mcflurry is great and the fries are good, tho sometimes your fries won't be crispy

One of smallest McD outlet in Jakarta I think, probably you won't be able to have a seat in the peak hours. Lack of cleanliness too, applied for its table, floor, and especially the toilet. But at least I relieved they didn't mess up my food orders and taste. Even not as aesthetically good as the promotional pic, it still tastes good.
