2.5* We had craving for ondeh ondeh cake recently. Bought Polar's version. Taste is ok, but below expectation. Main dismay is pandan essence too much, overwhelming. Aftertaste leaves a bitter note.

I went there to redeem my curry puff vouchers yesterday. Honestly not impressed with their customer service. The staff just leave it at the counter without looking at me & walked away. I am the only customer around. I don't think I will ever go there again. TERRIBLE...

Bought the pandan butter cream swiss roll for my family. Lacks the fragrance of pandan, average tasting. Not overly sweet and quite soft. Expiry date is the following day.

In front of the customer's face, which includes me, the senior elderly staff tells the younger staff in Mandarin, "do it SLOWLY ah, no need to rush to do quickly (despite customers all waiting in front of you). take your OWN time doing". I'm totally astonished. What a slow service OPENLY endorsed by their senior service! Terrible!! Just torturing us as if we were beggers queueing for alms?!

The staff Sook Leng is very friendly and helpful. Salad tasty and cheap. Good choice for on diet me 😉
