Walked past here a couple of times and have always wanted to try the nasi padang here. Came down on a sunday quit sometime only to find it closed. Happen to be running some errands nearby and decided to drop by for lunch. Reached here closed to 2pm. Surprised to still find a huge spread to choose from. Picked the paprik chicken, omelette, stirfry bittergourd as the black ink squid. Meal was SGD$9. The squid and bittergourd were my fav dishes. Price seems reasonable as i have choosen squid and chicken dishes. Staff were friendly and readily to offer their recommendation. Would dine here again if i have tp be around here.

Good selection of classic Malay dishes - love the paru (tasty tender juicy with a nice bite) - great crispy fried chicken, aromatic rice, sweet spicy sambal, etc at reasonable prices.

Wide variety of malay dishes at affordable price. Good teh tarik too. It's usually very crowded during lunch and ventilation isn't great so you might want to take away your food if you don't want to smell of cooking oil after your meal, else you can opt to sit outside on a not so hot/humid day

Was charged $3.00 for a piece of mutton smaller than the size of an egg. ??? I know rendang is expensive, but i think it's a bit too much ah
