One of the worst Ayam Penyat that I ever had which doesn’t taste like Ayam Penyat. Can still taste the chicken taste just out of the fridge. Fish was with fishy smell. So I try to use the chilli to cover that, but unfortunately the chilli doesn’t taste like normal Ayam Penyat chilli. Seems like just home cook type blending with chilli and garlic. Totally not recommend to try.

Delicious Indonesian food! Chili was straight up spicy 🥵 not for those who can’t take spice. They have non-spicy food options as well. I love that the serve tempeh and tofu as a side for the ayam penyet.

Order Indomie with Ayam Penyet. Portion is a bit on the small side for a typical adult male. Taste wise the chicken was decently seasoned but was not penyet - see pictures. Noodles were like instant noodles version - what do I expect right? Chilli was spicy. Would only recommend if you got no other choice.

I ordered Ayam Geprek and received ayam penyet that's cut up instead. It looks really different from photos. And for some reason, it's cheaper than the ayam penyet even though it's exactly the same thing. The chilli is tasty and spicy and do note that the rice served with the dishes is chicken rice instead of plain white rice.

Worth trying once, sambal is good. For the price, the portion is okay too. I like that the items were freshly prepared. No service charge so I guess that means no good service. Would order takeaway next time
