RUDE STAFF: Hi, i would like complain regarding this one of the staff who was working at about 8pm at causeway point Hokkaido on the 3rd September 2022. She was being very rude to my father. She raised her voice “HERE LA!” because my dad tap at the wrong screen for the payment as he has trouble seeing clearly due to health issues. I hope that Hokkaido can do something about this rude staff. Moreover there isn’t any queue so i think that we would appreciate it if she serve us politely as a human being plus she did not even make eye contact to serve us. Please educate your staff and train them better when facing customers. Its basic etiquette. It would be better you have cctv to monitor your staff. Thank you. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time.

Went to get 1 mega savoury & 2 small savoury pies today (07.10.2021), was greatly disappointed by the sales people there. They will busy talking among themselves rather than serving the customer. I asked for my pies to be heated up but it wasn't heated up and it was not even put into the paper envelopes, she just dump the 3 pies into a box.

On 30th Dec 2021 @ 1732hrs i went to the store with my son to but the cheese tart. I was served by a rude sales girl. I was surprised by the attitude she showed. After payment before i walked off she threw the tray infront of me. What a attitude she's showing. Very very dissapointing.

Very bad experience with this store, i was told to wait for her because she has big orders. Waited 5 mins and decided to leave because mine was small order does not have much impact on their sales!

I love the tarts they sell here esp the original, brownie and cookies & cream. the staff are also really friendly and it’s reasonably priced. I hope there will be more 1 for 1 promotions in the near future! 😊

Hokkaido tarts is one of the best tarts in town that I have tried. On top of that the staff in the causeway point branch are helpful and friendly.

we managed to try a box of 6 of their tarts! their cheese tarts had a creamy, rich cheese flavour, which was complimented by the buttery base of the tart. firstly, we enjoyed the blueberry cheese tart. The blueberry flavour added a unique refreshing and slightly sour taste to the tart. this tart is perfect for those who feel jelak more easily. secondly, the almond chocolate tart was on the richer and more decadent side. the almonds were slightly soft, but still managed to add a nice crunch to the tart. the chocolate was not too sweet as well, and paired the cheese quite nicely. lastly, the salted egg yolk cheese tart was a unique flavour combination! the salted egg yolk matched the sweeter and creamier cheese filling quite nicely. it was not the best combination, but perfect for salted egg yolk lovers. overall, their tarts are definitely worth a try!

1 of the best cheese tarts in town. Yesterday was there..bought 6 cheese tarts..1 salted caramel.. 1 salted egg tart. We ate the cheese tarts once we reached home. Unfortunately it taste funny..bitter taste for all the cheese tarts. The rest was fine. Quite disappointed.

Staff was friendly, but the tart’s crust is getting from bad to worse! It’s so thick now and powdery and tastes of nothing. So disappointing. I can’t even eat the crust, I just eat the filling. Can’t believe 2 tarts is $6++. Inflation is insane. Not gonna repurchase anymore unless recipe is improved.
