First time I tried this place was back in KK hospital area. I decided to visit again as I miss their croissant sandwich as there's one located in punggol. Arriving there, it was such a disappointing scene, only one young female staff taking orders and the other one was doing nothing manning the cashier place. Only 3 people queueing but the process takes so long. Uncleared table as no staff was doing it so we need to wait a while to find a seat with clean table 😔. Last time wasn't like this, it was pleasant exp back in KK hospital 😭. Food wise is okay, the croissant was warm and yummy. So here's our overall score; Food 3/5 Taste 4/5 Service 2/5 Location 3/5 Ambience 3/5 Total score of 2.6 stars out of 5. Will I come back?? I won't, I'll go to other branch 👌 Will I recommend this place? Other branch yes, but not this one.

Ordered brewed coffee, it was like hot water not taste at all. And the price was 5 SGD 🥲 They are using just normal machine for all the drinks nothing special like all other brands. And price is expensive as per the taste.

Thank you very much for the excellent impeccable services from all the staff and manager at Delifrance Waterway Point. Had my perfect English breakfast tea with milk & brown sugar and also strawberry frappe. Appreciate it surely.18th June at 3.18pm

What a surprise to see a friendly face her. Your staff Sheela have been serving us while we at Parkway Hospital and seeing her here bring back memories. Her service is exceptional and she always serve us our food with her great smile. Thank you Sheela.

1. Selected 11am-1pm self collection 2. Reached at 1130am to collect but informed by staff the Christmas roasted items only available for collection from 12pm-1pm 3. 1:10pm my items arrived in bad condition with spillage. Other similar order seems fine 4. Staff had to repackage all my food into new boxes, didnt think they could just give me the same item from another order. Left around 1:20pm. 5. Lasagne is dry and unappetising. 6. Chicken was a tad dry. 7. Tbh the staff tried to salvage the situation. But I’m nvr ordering Delifrance for Christmas again.

This branch at Waterway Point is a recent addition, and my partner and I paid our second visit here. Unfortunately, our first experience fell short of our expectations due to an instance where one of the young female Chinese staff members seemed unresponsive when we interacted with her. However, during our second visit on 18 August 2023, despite the bustling atmosphere, we were pleasantly surprised by the remarkable attentiveness and cheerfulness of what I believe to be the branch manager, Ms. Sheela. Notably, she maintained a proactive and affable demeanor throughout our ordering process, even engaging in a brief and enjoyable conversation with us. Her informative and polite manner, coupled with her light-hearted jokes while taking our order, left a lasting positive impression. Staff members of her caliber are undoubtedly the reason why customers would be inclined to revisit. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to cross paths with her once again during our forthcoming visit.

Super friendly lady at the counter, she sounded like she was in-charge. Fast service despite the long line, food turned out great. The cheese I wanted was still frozen so she was amazing enough to offer me something esle that turned out great too. 😆😆😆
