Came here on a Thursday morning. We ordered Set B. Lady served us personally with warmth. Rice was fragrant. Chicken had a different taste from the other Malay stalls. It did not have too much flour and tasted unique. Bergedil was good too. Best was the chili as it complemented the rice very well. Saw a couple of delivery riders collecting orders too. Guess they are popular in the area. Hope to try their other dishes too.

A little dilemma whether to give 4 or 5 stars for this review as this is 1 of the best nasi lemak i had. However, i felt that rice need a little more fragrant. Wing is hot crispy and juicy, rice is warm, ikan bilis cruchy, the egg is nicely done with wet yolk and the sambal compliment well with rice. 1 more thing, i love that it come with the banana leaf There r various options and mine is $3.80.

Drove there following The Sunday Times recommendation. Ordered Cabe Ijo with one chilli rating hoping it would not be spicy. Turned out it was still too spicy. Check the photo on how much I perspired without any effort on my part…8) The strong spiciness also masked out the lemak taste… I had to peel off the rest of the skin to remove the spice, and the chicken inside was tender. Overall the lemak taste was there with the spice removed, but the rice was too soft that they clumped together. Cannot compare with the nasi lemak I used to get when I was younger at my old house’s hawker center. Unfortunately the hawker has retired.

Ordered 2 different sets, cabe into and normal nasi lemak. The rice, sambal and eggs were good. Rice and sambal were fragrant and egg was runny. Chicken wing was better than the cabe ijo. Chicken wing was well marinated and flavourful. The thigh for the cabe ijo didn't have much flavour, although the cabe ijo was spicy. Will come back for the normal chicken rice with chicken wing instead

Ordered nasi lemak Ayam take away and requested additional bargedil & seaweed chicken. Even asked for extra sambal..Paid $6.50 for it. However it turned out it’s a disappointing day for me. Refer to photo for detail. 03/06/2022

It's one of the best nasi lemak around. The rice has very distinct coconut taste. We've tried a few different items, and everything is good. The sambal balado was very spicy. My last visit was on a sunday evening just slightly before dinner time and there was no queue.

Heard alot this brand of Nasi lemak. They have various outlets around Singapore if I am not wrong. While exploring the food centre, chanced upon this stall right at the end. They have various sets to choose from with prices from SGD$3.80 onwards. I was given a buzzer after making the payment. My food didn't too long to be ready. I ordered Set H, which comes with the mackerel otah, chicken wing, egg ikan billis, and peanut. The chicken wing was crispy and well marinated. Love their sambal, which was spicy and has a hint sweetness. Compliments the food well. Rice was decent but could be more flavorful. Overall, pretty decent plate of nasi lemak which I wouldn't mind eating again.

Super super delicious! One of the best nasi lemaks ever :) the chicken is so tasty! Chilli was super delicious as well. Even though the service crew was preparing an order of 24 boxes, they still took our orders and delivered very promptly. Would definitely go back again!

This was marketed as one of the best nasi lemak in Singapore. I personally thought it’s not too far off from its claim. You could taste the smokiness from the chicken, and the chili. Not to add that the chicken is pretty tender too. For the spice lords out there, this wouldn’t be as spicy as it looks.

When I receive my plate I'm already very disappointed to see the broken overcooked egg. Then I think never mind there's still the delicious looking chicken wings. Oh my that's another disappointment, though the chicken wing is juicy inside, it has no taste inside or outside. Then came the rice, it's grainy and broken totally not the standard I would except with the reviews and the queue. Only the potato is nice, Otar ok normal.

Tried this 3 years straight Michelin award (2021, 2022,& 2023) but did not meet my expectation as there's nothing special in the cuisine and the chicken was just mediocre. The ikan bilis and fried peanuts were just normal and the rice portion served is so shameful, took only 3 mouthful to finish it. Only the sambal was above average. Overall I'll give it 5/10. No intention to return again.

I really like this. Ordered the ayam taliwang for 6.90. Portions are generous enough for the price. Chicken is well marinated and the flavors penetrate well. The rice is super fragrant and I spotted a lime leaf in the rice! Interesting. Chilli is punchy and spicy.a good meal.

Queue 20mins and paid $8+ for a double wings set with additional otak. I personally felt that only their chilli sauce taste good. I would rather go the the prata if I'm within the vicinity. Not worth the queue.

Really nice Nasi lemak. Fragrance rice, burned grill chicken, superb chilli. One of the best in Singapore. I find the pricing affordable too.. Thank you for the good food👍🏽👍🏽

Visited on a weekend during lunch hour. As there is no queue, I got my food promptly. All the ingredients were freshly cooked and served hot. Egg freshly fried and slightly gooey yolk. Chicken wings were big. Sambal is balanced with spicy and sweet flavours. Rice is fragrant and fluffy. Nothing to complain about.

Tried the nasi lemak Ayam taliwang. Firstly the cutleries were duty. When approached the staff, was told that the cleaning was done by cleaners and they done do the cleaning. Chicken tasted bad and was hard. Didn’t look fresh at all. Not worth paying.

This is one of the better nasi lemak around the hood. Ordered Set H - Nasi Lemak Chicken with Mackerel Otah (S$5.60 + S$0.30 Takeaway). Even though I couldn’t take too much spicy stuff, I still couldn’t forgo their sambal chilli as it’s pretty well balanced with spicy and sweet flavours. Rice wise, it was a little too soft/soggy for my liking today but the chicken wing is well marinated. I would suggest ordering this in the morning when the items are hot and freshly made. If you can take spicy food, I would recommend the Ayam Taliwang or Cabe Ijo. It’s more satisfying than the usual nasi lemak. Service wise, I’ve always received good service here. Just got to be patient a little during meal time as they always have huge orders.

Throwback dinner on 08/01/2024 Super nice nasi lemak with crispy chicken wing, egg, sambal, otah and ikan bilis & peanuts. Costs $5.60 only. Rice is super fragrant with the taste of coconut milk and it goes so well with the sambal chili sauce. The chicken wing is crispy and delicious. The otah is quite spicy but it goes well with the rice. Lastly, the ikan bilis & peanuts enhanced the flavours. It is an overall good combination.

The name tells it all! Ordere Nasi lemak ayam taliwang, through enough the homemade chilli is superb, spicy with taste and unique. The sambal is also obvious that its homemade, traditional taste. Chicken is soft and tender, goes perfectly well with the taliwang sauce. Rice is fragrant, definitely have the pinch of nasi lemak taste. Well package too for takeaway and generous on the sambal.

I would give this place 5 stars . As it’s always been consistent and good. But today was horrible. The chicken was burnt. I bought 3 and all were burnt. It’s never happened before . Inedible to say the least. I usually eat the rice first so I noticed it later. But the 2 others noticed it right away. It’ inedible. How can you serve this to people? It’s not 1 , not 2 but all 3. The other 2 threw their food away. Here’s my pic. See how burnt it is? This is something I wouldn’t even give to my worst enemy. Is there a new chef or something? Someone not caring about their job? What’s going on? You will lose your Michelin Star if this continues. Appalling.
