Indicated chicken breast on the app's order interface. Collected order and came home to find out that the chicken provided was incorrect. For a fried chicken restaurant, the staff really have a bad reputation of getting the requested chicken parts wrong. The chicken quality is also noticeably poorer than the branch at Hillion mall nearby.

Ordered 2 pieces of hot & crispy chicken at the counter but received 2 satay chicken instead (not nice at all!!). Ridiculous. Not the first time receiving wrong orders from this outlet. So done with KFC’s declining standards.

ordered through grab for my family and got a zinger burger for my dad, but the burger did not come? grab then decides to refund me a total of $3 and i tried calling the restaurant but upon attempting to call for over 5 times, they did not pick up the phone. absolutely outrageous

Bought 2 zinger boxes and changed both the whip potatos to fries and paid 40c more(cash) as they didn’t key in. Came home and saw NO additional fries and no whip potatos at all. Speechless!! Very troublesome to check everytime I go KFC before I leave…. Guys hope it will not happen to you. You have been always this clumsy KFC..!! LOL

After having several bad experience with this outlet - I had to post this! KFC goers near Bukit Panjang, do avoid this outlet & visit the Hillion mall outlet instead. The issue is not with the service but the quality of the food, in particular the Chicken. As per the picture, I order 2 spicy chicken meal. The dumb stick were bare. Furthermore, the taste of the meat were horrendous (Dry, tough & BLOODY)! I could literally taste blood in the meat & the meat near the bone were stained with blood. KFC, please do some quality control checks. We just want to enjoy a good meal AND not feel disappointed & gross out by it. Quality should be standardised & upkeep across all outlets.

Am writing to commend a staff called sarimah who called me after reading my review about my experience at KFC via my review on the app (had some issues uploading my receipt for lucky draw with the lucky draw portal). She even offered to call IT to help me resolve. Great follow-up from her! I appreciate it!

2 September 2023 follow up visit: Ordered via the mobile kiosk. Meal was ready for collection almost immediately after payment. This might be due to no one else ordering and the food was already prepared and on the warming shelves for a while. 3 Jun 2023 - Ordered the Zinger Transformers Movie Meal via the self-service ordering kiosk. The chicken portion of the Zinger burger has shrunk tremendously over time. The Spicy Dippers also tasted as hard as rocks. Definitely not worth the $10.95 price.

I order a grab delivery from bpp kfc . I order a 2pc chicken set meal . By right a set meal include 2pc chicken , 1 drink , 3pc nugget and mashed potatoe. However when I open the box there was no 3pc nugget . Isn't this scamming my money ?

Anthony and team were very helpful. I was there to pack 26 boxes of lunch for a nursing home and they got everything ready for us within half an hour. Really appreciate their help. Thank you 😊
