Tried for the first time at this branch of Hj Kadir for sop tulang merah..surprisingly it was near the original taste of the beach road one in the 80s/90s!! Welldone. The mixed mee goreng was also tasty together with gravy of the sop tulang it was nicer!! Have not tried others in the menu probably next visit..the mutton soup looks nice on the photo too..!!

Ordered take away Mee Goreng and Chicken Briyani. 2nd time as the last visit bought BeeHoon Goreng. Standard Indian style dishes and importantly staff is polite and have products knowledge. Able to recommend what customer may want by suggesting their favourite and recommended food. And of course the food is delicious. Will be back. Good work Haji Kadir Restaurant

Like having my comfort meals at this restaurant opposite my place at Lavender. The menu is extensive and the staff are friendly. They may be wondering how strange my order is but I simply love asking for fried mee hoon with an onion omlette on top of the noodles. The staff and chef always oblige and present my ‘Mee Hoon and Omelette’ very nicely. I have tasted their other dishes such as rojak, roti prata and fried rice. The whole place reminds me about my pre-covid trips to Malaysia (eg. Malacca) and having meals at quiet corners in Malacca in a quiet afternoon. Will certainly be back early in the morning tomorrow to eat their roti prata. ❤️

Best sup tulang in Singapore. Im not saying it just because they are the founder, it is actually really good. Other than sup tulang their seafood fried rice is a must try dish.

7/4/22 ---------- Terrible. They don't sell prata late night. The maggi goreng. . Really is very bad. Not just the noodles is are not even cooked. The amount of pepper is too much. All I took was just 1 mouth. I gave up... From picture.. can see all the noodles lump together.... The onion egg came very oily. The cook didn't even bother to filter the egg for presentation. He didn't even bother to batter the egg properly.... Took a bite at the egg... And my mouth was full of salt.. Finished my tea .. and left in 5mins. Cashier did see i didn't touch my plate at all.. 2021 -------- I actually don't really recommend the place. Other than it sells Muslim Indian food. Tat is about it The service crew are really not interested to work... Not once I been there... Many times. They are not really that interested that you walk into the shop. Always the tables are not cleaned... Even if u sit down and they have to clean the table... They also won't take a towel to clean the table... The last few times I eat... The prata is just .. anyhow do... Last week , I went for a prata.. The egg in the prata wasn't even cooked.

The service is bad, i feel like im talking to a moving statue, no response at all. The mutton sup was terrible, no aspring onion and i could count only 6 cubes of mutton in my big bowl of soup .

the place is hot other than tulang and mee goreng, everything else is a let off.. Western is a bad choice. the tulang is still on the point. The service is bad. I got scolded by asking if i can order. Maybe overworked and understaffed. take a very long time for the food to come. Price is super ex for an indian shop with no aircon and stuffy environment. Very unwelcoming.

This is a 24 hour eatery with long menu like a food court. Visited this place to have a Teh C, however, there was a good Chicken Biryani smell all around. Spoke to staff and come to know they are famous for Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani and Tulung Soup since few decades. There are 2 varieties of Tulung soup and saw few people eating that, which was in red in color, felt lot of food color is added. I have ordered Mutton Biryani, where rice and mutton curry are given separately. Taste is good, however, I expected a Dum Biryani together which is not so. Can visit to try famous dishes.

This is my first time reviewing a place omg, anyway from Covid time till now they cook very slow, staffs chit chating while preparing food. I’ve seen more busier place and I get my food less than 10mins, this one 25 mins to get my food. And they don’t even care brahhh hahah I even give a smirk when I take the food. The place is not even busy, one day this place will close down. Oh yes food portion so little but price is very high. Think twice people
