Seems to be a new outlet as far as staff knowledge is concerned. Though the staff was nice and confirmed to give the order on fresh call as requested. I had ordered one burger and one pizza mc puff the bun of the burger was not so fresh and to my surprise had a small fungus patch on side which is shown in pic also. I double checked by taking a bite and the bread was definitely not fresh as it was hard which usually is the case with old bread. Also, the patty was as warm as in normal case and was not hot as it should be in a fresh call order. Mc puff was freshly prepared and was good in taste and hot enough to satisfy the taste buds in chilly winter season. Tastebud-ease rating- 3

Really bed experience they had party of birthday but the behaviour of staff was wired they said that please finish your meal because this is booked for birthday party. If it’s booked for birthday party then why u guys served us. Or why u didn’t put any board outside. This is wired. And really bed experience.

It's pretty bad for a McDonald's. The food wasn't good; burgers were completely pasted with very thick sauce. The Sundae was melting. Didn't have the happy meal toys, apparently because they are not getting the supply from corporate.

Food okay, but i don't understand who gave the suggestion to it provide straw for din-in while for take away they give, I mean what's logic ? Secondly seating isn't accessible to wheelchair.

It’s an incidence dated 14th September, 2023 , i went to mcdonalds khrukshetra at around 10:00pm and the staff showed very rude behaviour to me , they even did the service so badly that i , being a mcdonalds appreciator , felt that i was appreciating it wrong everytime. It does not deserve this , just because of the staff , the employees and their behaviour. So the company must take some actions against the staff of Kurukshetra McDonalds as soon as possible …., and they refused to give us straws for our dine in and when we saw upstairs there were empty glasses of cold drinks with straws in it , they were being biased. And the air conditioners were also not working since 10pm

Very poor service . Especially this girl Rakhi.first she needs to be trained. Then only she should be on the counter. The attitude, my God!one you dont know how to take order then you will make the person loose her patience and then the way she spoke sorry. In the last 7-8 years this is the worst experience , which made me think that we made a mistake coming here.

The place, service , staff and food nothing satisfied me at all. Secondly the staff was rude that I never expected from this place. They can't even fulfil the basic requirements for their customers. They can expect extra money from customer but can't even give proper service. I hope MacDonalds can better their services. Otherwise a big no for people who want to visit this place. 👎

As I have also been told by many of my knows that the staff of the McDonald’s Kshetra is so uneducated and unskilful that they don’t know how to talk with their customer and they are also reputed down the image of the worldwide. Famous chain of McDonald I must advise the head department of McDonald that they should see and change the administrating staff of McDonald’s of Kshetra, moreover, the one thing is unique about this McDonald’s that the non-veg items are not served here it’s pure vegetarian McDonald’s but the service of the staff is so poor
