Good service. Ladies are really nice polite and helpful. Ordered 2 pizzas (one regular for 12.25$ and one personal mini pizza for 3$). It was quick and well cooked.

The service staff was damn bad. Noone attended us at the counter. All they did was looked at us and exchanged glances. I didnt know we had to self take our own order. Should put a sign for the next patron who comes by. Keep up the good work

Ordered 2 regular size sour dough for dine in and was given a buzzer. Waited 35mins, buzzer did not ring and went to check, and i was told my order was not ready. I told them i was waiting for 30mins, then manager checked and saw my pizza ready in a takeaway bag. When i opened, it was the normal pan pizza. 3/3 task failed. Nontheless, Thanks for the effort for preparing the food. Not gonna patronize again.

No catch up , and the veg pizza teast like chicken already. And many employees don't wear gloves while preparing food or not even while serving. India's cheapest restaurant have got more teast then them.

I love that this was a delivery based pizza hut but also had seating. Made the place really quiet and we could enjoy our hot pizza quickly. Great service too

The expected time of arrival for my pizza was 6.50pm but only came at 8.10pm. This was after a long and tiring process of trying to figure out where our pizza has gone. We initially called the Machpherson branch's number but no one picked up, so we called the customer service hotline at 7.22pm and they told us that they would get the manager to call us. We received no call and all calls to the Macpherson branch was ignored (It kept ringing but no one picked up). Thus, we were forced to call the customer service hotline once more where they told us the delivery rider just left at 8pm. The rider eventually told us that it was late due to kitchen fault as they produced orders too slowly but when we looked at out pizza, it was cold. My family and I waited 1h 20 mins for cold pizza, truly delightful service.
