Everything is great except for the fries. Yuck! It's my second day in a row ordering from this place and the fries taste like mold. Makes me want to throw up!! It's a hit or miss, I'm enjoying my burger then I put a fry in my mouth and I have to spit out everything!!!! Omg . I can't even finish them.

My wife has been ordering through uber eats the past 5 days IN A ROW and they never give us the receipt. Today my wife asked for it on the instructions. And of course there is nothing in the bag. My wife also asked in the instructions to have the box of fries full to the top (because every time we order it it's never full) And of course it wasn't full. Why don't you follow the instructions? Or you just don't care? We're done ordering Mary Brown's. Very disappointed.

Customer service is awesome!! We have been served by the same lady several times and she was always friendly and polite. I actually even saw her send back my fries due to not being hot enough. Great prices we always get the 2 for 20 sandwiches. Great chicken beats any other fast food chicken businesses out there.

Ordered via Skip the Dishes (and they were a hole different issue). Chicken sandwiches were good, taters were good. The waffle fries HORRIBLE, undercooked and dripping with oil. It was like they were put in the fryer that was not hot enough for 2 minutes. Had to put them in my Air fryer for 20 min so that they would be edible and still had oil pouring off of them.

Quite tasty food and good deal, I had 6 pieces of chicken with fries and biscuits for 22$ which easily fed my Girlfriend and I with some leftover chicken for later.

I always do take out. The place gets too busy with customers picking up their orders that don't make the tables comfortable to sit at. The potato wedges are not very flavourful. You need the gravy to give them flavour.

I heard about the opening of this new Mary Brown’s so we dove over and give it a try. It’s Sunday noon time and there’s no line up. The server is pleasant and she knows what she’s doing. There are coupons on the counter so be sure you use them. The chicken is delicious crispy and hot as usual. The wedges are really good not too salty. 5 stars.

Fast service. Great chicken! reasonably priced. The Nashville sandwich is something else! wow. $50 for two adults and two kids. Not bad.

Dear Mary Browns I love your food and it reminds me of home, but this is unacceptable. Since when did the chicken tenders turn into oversized popcorn chicken? These aren't tenders, they are wing tips. Is this the standard now? Would like to know so I know if I got screwed over or this is some kind of joke.

First off, we used to love coming to this place. The food was always hot; the portions were always big. For the last few months or so, however, the portions have been very tiny and the breading on my chicken tenders has been falling off. It’s not just a little bit, but the tenders are so bare that the oil has been frying to chicken meat directly. On several occasions, they also have forgotten the coleslaw. For what things cost nowadays, we feel we are being ripped off. What’s most disappointing is that this location used to do a good job. Now, it seems like the staff has not been trained properly. This cheapens the experience greatly. We are debating not coming back. We’ve even ordered less frequently lately hoping that coming back, we’d get better food and that maybe the previous times were unfortunate one-offs, but the quality (and quantity) has only continued to decline. You need to do better.

Service here is always amazing! I'm never waiting for long. The spicy big Mary hits the spot every time. I rarely ever leave the restaurant without a smile on my face. The staff treats me so well, they all deserve a raise!

Mid establishment. My chicken was a little dry but luckily I had sauce to mask the salty taste. The wedge fries are terrible. Do not buy. My buddies chicken burger was supposedly pretty good, but dry chicken gets masked in the tastes of the burger and hot sauce around it

Disappointed. Since when are these considered chicken tenders? The quality and quantity has certainly gone down over the years. The last time we order chicken pop ins, it was all breading, barely any chicken.

I have been to Mary Brown’s before and quite enjoyed it. However this location seems to have a lack of quality control when it comes to the product that they are putting out to the customers that visit it. At the end of the day I believe that there needs to be a correlation between the cost of the meal and the experience that you get with it. The restaurant was a bit dirty for my liking and the garbage is were overflowing. Lots of staff working but longer wait times than you would think. I’m not saying don’t eat here but I think the owners of this location need to pay attention to the details of the Mary Brown’s experience.

Mary Browns is the Most authentic and high quality fast food - chicken - way above Popeyes, KFC, Renegade etc. Name it. Their fillets are top quality and good portion sizes. This review though is a 4.8 out of 5. The staff are quick, smart and top notch. The restaurant is clean and the customer lines are well managed. Pretty much everything is a 5 star. But this review will be a 4.8/5. It’s all about one thing - the “K-Crunch” sandwich. It’s not great. Edible, but not so great. It’s advertised as having a Garlic-Soy glaze. That was not our experience. It was more like a honey syrup. Can’t hang this one on the franchise though — they are great. Long time Marys fan and will continue to be! Great place, but the K-Crunch brings this rating down from a perfect 5.

Not one to complain but I waited over 15 minutes for one order of chicken tenders and they were barely breaded at all! They were only slightly breaded on one side and every piece was the same … Just dry and not what I was expecting
