I have been a frequent customer because it is near and convenient to my place. The quality of their food and service had dropped significantly this year 2022. The following had been happening a few times such as missing items from orders, wrong orders, meat patty was burnt and overcooked. Next time I will take a photo for evidence as this is starting to be too much.

Went there on Monday 10/10/22 at 8am+. Lights were already switched on in the restaurant. Tried ordering from self service counter but it said menu not ready and asked me to proceed to counter. I went to counter but no one was there. Shouted "hellooooo" few times but nobody can hear. Stood there for a good 10 mins and continue shouting..... still nobody came out to the counter. Another lady also tried shouting and obviously nobody heard her too. She left the place after one trial. Come on... BK, if you open at 8am, please make sure you can do biz at 8am! Else dont open! Wasted my time there. I ended up went to other place for my breakfast. Also, suggest your non attentive staff to place a call bell at the counter if they cannot hear due to the noises in the kitchen .. Really disappointed with services of BK. Went to Marsiling mall outlet last week and the staff attitude was so cold. Nvr apologies for wrong order given... Frankly, I have nvr encounter such services at Mcdonald or KFC....Please reflect and improve your services. Dont think of rebranding if you cannot even get the root causes fixed.

Your standard worker King outlet look at it in the CBD. It's below the sale. Residential building food is okay on par with what you get in other locations. I still prefer its rival though.

Possibly the grossest Burger King I’ve ever had in all my travels. Mushroom burger was a cold sloppy undercooked mess and the fries were cold. Waited ages to be served too

Got the value $5.50 Chick'N Crisp that comes with a drink and cheese fries (I saw that it was $5 elsewhere though). Initially the cheese fries came with a very small amount of cheese but after heading over to the counter the staff helped me top up the cheese till the good amount that you see in the picture I posted. Great value.

The quality and taste of the Burgers at Burger King are always great until I ordered the Double Swiss Mushroom Burger. All I tasted was just saltiness, no other flavors. This has to be the worst experience at Burger King so far.

Super slow and inefficient staff. Had to remind them of my order before they finally got around to making it, seemed like they'd forgotten about it. All during a lull period too. Fire these incompetent clowns and hire a proper service crew.
