The food tastes amazing and freshly made. The ambience is great too as they play kpop songs for the vibes. Mdm Ng was really nice too and helped with the utensils.

The food is Good and service is superb .The cleaner lady ,Mdm Ng is very hardworking, make sure the place is tip top condition and Cleaned for the next customer to used.

I ordered the tofu salad and it tastes so good! Very good portion with fresh vegetables. Tofu is fried to a nice crisp. I ordered the beef bulgogi burger for my son. It's quite spicy but he persevered becos it's too tasty. So point to note if you can't eat spicy food. The service staff is always friendly. We have ordered frequently from this outlet on Saturday afternoon and the lady at the counter is always full of smiles and patience. Their jinjia chicken wings and beef bulgogi gimbap are a constant staple for us. There's also a cleaning auntie who is so helpful. She will remind customers to take serviettes after taking their food.

The staff mdm ng is very welcoming. She works hard and keep the restaurant tidy. Food also quite nice just a bit hot while eating inside

the fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tasty for the yangnyeom and soy garlic. only thing is abit salty. service was good.

Instructions unclear. Signage stating one thing, while staff says another. She told us off when my friend use her bag to reserve a seat prior to ordering. My friend merely "proceeded when there are available unmarked tables" as mentioned. She states that there's a queue infront hence we can't "ensure that you have an available table before purchasing your food" as per stated on signage. If your company staffs can't be briefed on protocols stated for the public then perhaps your HR department needs some training on filtering the correct people for the job. (The job of conveying company practices and traditions to ALL staffs from workplace to workplace.) Tried our best to not make a scene by conversing politely; we talked nicely and did not hurl a single word of vulgarity. However staff is insisting on her right way of doing things and did not even apologise based on courtesy. Lost my appetite after a few minutes of pointless arguments and eventually decided to settle somewhere else for dinner. Maybe this needs to go to CASE. (Did not wanted to mention the staff's name above as this is a public post and its her ricebowl. Most likely its the management's mistake for not training their employees well.)
