Favourite Breakfast & Lunch place to go to! ALL the staffs are very humble, friendly and well-trained. Knows all the best flavors/sauces and know what to recommend. Staffs made a good repot with the customers which makes us keep coming back! Prices are the same with the rest of the Subways in Singapore, eventho it is in a CBD area. Clean and neat place~ Kudos to the management!

Ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese Flatbread. No option for change of drinks from coffee/tea set to any other drink so have to order both my milo and hashbrown ala carte. No packet chilli sauce so they drown my hashbrowns in chilli, resulting in soggy and messy hashbrowns. But the worst was, when I sat down and took a bite into the sandwich, the patty was cold and I have to get them to reheat again. Disappointing!

Store closed at 7:45pm when the opening hours stated at 9:00pm….. very disappointed… travelled from jurong for this outlet….. was really looking forward to the revamped but the store was closed so early….. take note that it closes early, go there before 6, otherwise store may be closed…….. closed….. closed

Maybe I've been spoiled by Stuff'd portions, but I feel like this is a pitiful amount of veggies for an $8.80 sandwich.

Other subways charge 8.50 for a breakfast meal. This one charges $9.70. In order to understand the discrepancy, I asked to speak to a manager. He assured me that this specific franchise chooses to rip customers off by charging as much as they can, by not applying the breakfast discount. If you are a regular at Subway (like I am) - don't come here for breakfast.

Pathetic. Discount not applied. Cashier can only speak basic english, so it was very tough trying to explain to him. The other lady staff has an attitude problem. Portions are way smaller than other branches. Steer clear from this branch. There is a reason why there isn't much queue during lunch time.

We dine at this outlet regularly on Sunday and always love the excellent services provided by both groups of staff. They are friendly, accommodating and would even go the extra mile. The ingredients are consistently fresh and crunchy. Keep it up!

I've visited dozens of times, while the location is convenient, there are many areas for improvement still which I hope the people running this franchise take note of and improve. Closure on CNY eve: This outlet seemed to be closed (on a working day) when I visited on Chinese New Year eve even though another Subway outlet in the CBD area was open. There was no signage or warning that they would close on this day. Food: The prices of Subway have increased in 2024 (perhaps due to GST hike) however the vegetable portions have unfortunately decreased. The staff will insist on asking for your entire veg options and give just a small portion of each. I find the way they wrap the sandwiches can also be quite inconsistent. There was one young male staff who completely botched it and caused all my vegetables to keep falling out. Also I notice when I visit, sometimes the type of bread I want is not ready. Staff service: Some of the staff are quite unhelpful and rude, unsmiling and will ignore you when you're standing in front of them talking to them (the petite woman). The general lack of service orientedness is off-putting. Only one of the staff who used to be rather rude to me became more pleasant because I frequented often out of convenience. Manager's treatment of staff: Once I witnessed a manager have a meltdown and yell and swear (use vulgarities) at the staff. It was very unbecoming and unfortunate to witness as a customer. Pricing of Subway Melts series: The prices were not listed or displayed anywhere. I asked the staff and they were unhelpful and rude about it, and didn't know the price. Dietary restrictions: When I asked the staff which meats were fermented meats, they unhelpfully replied 'all', which is not the case.
