I like KFC tender chicken a lot. This place is no different with same quality. Service is okay speed. Taste is good. There is one guy who was attentive to every order and ensured my order has everything with good quantity. The only upside can be the place can be bigger or opened more bench’s for dine in.

Dare to call yourself a fast food restaurant? Hired 4 students (1 cashier and 3 food packers) on a Sunday afternoon to work. These girls are so clueless on the entire operations, until i overheard they have to ask each other, "what to pack inside ah?". Please train your staff properly before sending them to the frontline to work as it reflects very poorly on your services. Every customer here like waiting like endlessly. 30 minutes and I'm still waiting here while dropping this review. Worst of all, I purchased my meals with Dasani Mineral Water but was served with cups and plain water from your dispenser. Who you trying to fool?

My daughter ordered for 3 piece wing meal $5.90 and the cashier don’t have but I saw got 5 pieces sitting in the warmer. Please don’t lie to customer and keep pushing us to get chicken parts that we don’t want for $9.55 Other kfc branch don’t have this chicken part issue and service is really slow here.

I agree with the many negative feedback about the service of this KFC branch. I placed an order via tha KFC app for dine-in at 9.45am, but by 10.30am my order was only partially fulfilled. Staff claimed they are very busy, but yet when I went to the counter, they have already prepared order for customers who ordered after me. I have observed the staff are not organised & seems to be confuse always.. Obviously the management care less since there are no responses or action to improve despite the feedback. Disappointing. This is a place to avoid.

Insanely slow service, you can wait an average of half an hour for your food and they only start making your order after you tell them it’s been half an hour and you’re still waiting on your food. It doesn’t matter if you ordered from the cashier or if you ordered from the app to “skip the queue”, they’re so heavily understaffed that your food will take forever to come.

When I saw most of the reviews I was worried, but for a small outlet it is actually doing really good. The staff are polite, reminding me at the counter that the waiting time is more than 30mins. Expected since I ordered during rush hour (and it's international fried chicken day, so there's an ongoing promo) Takeaway meal was complete, no missing items so that's a plus. The amount of chicken portion they give was huge! Can't finish the 5pc between me and my wife Can say, don't judge a book by its cover, keep up the good work👍

Very slow service. Crew are confused. Slow and inefficient. Standing there in queue for 25mins and the crew back is facing the customers 95% of their time. They are like focusing on getting their delivery orders out. The management please rethink your focus. Are you having this store to serve walk in or delivery platform. Learn from your neighbours McDonald. Furthermore ordering from your app is a nightmare as well. Same thing learn from McDonald’s please.

This location is greasy, nasty, and very cramped too many seats and tables in a tiny dining area, not to mention the distinct oiliness of all the surfaces. I ordered a zinger box, and they gave me an original recipe burger box after more than half an hour. Apparently, they lost the ticket, I had to ask over and over, and the manager came out saying they lost the ticket also the drinks are self serve they just hand you a cup I have never seen this at any other location I don't know if that is good, bad or just concerning. Unfortunately, I was very hungry as it was already 8 plus.

The serving time was reasonable. We ordered a 2pcs meal and a Zinger Box meal. came with 3pcs of chicken in one serving plate?? cutting cost or what? The next horror is that the cup of hot tea is already very small and only filled with less than 3/4 full. worst outlet ever.
