First time dining at Jollibee, and I must say I’m impressed! For a fast food chain, flavours were good in the food items I ordered. Chili dog had a nice sauce, sausage had a nice springy texture when I bite into it. Pasta was not over cooked and had a tasty sauce. Highlight was definitely the chicken, nice crispy texture, chicken wasn’t dry and it had a really nicely flavoured batter. It’s definitely not gourmet, but as a fast food joint I left feeling satisfied and happy! :)

Visited the Changi City Point Jollibee outlet , as it’s been awhile since I have visited that outlet. The food is tasty but quite crowded so maybe it you want to go for lunch or do takeaway , do plan your time in advance to head there earlier to avoid the crowd and also give extra time for the restaurant staff to prepare.

Good taste and value for money. Better alternative to KFC and Mcdonalds. Waiting time was a big draw back in this branch but overall an enjoyable meal. Contrary to shallow biased reviews, the food is not Filipino specific. Just give it a try and discover for yourself.

The taste of the food was good, the fried chicken comes with a dipping sauce similar to mashed potato sauce. Not bad! Spaghetti was so-so. Hotdog, not fantastic. We had to wait for our food, about 10mins after ordering - wish their service was faster.

Our first try at Jollibee and I must admit as a fast food chain it has done very well! Although the food was takeaway, fried chicken pieces and burger were still hot when consumed. This means chicken were fried at a very high temperature, and oil was forced out during frying yet preserved the juiciness of the meat. It was spicy enough yet not too overpowering. Beef patties were juicy and flavourful, and together with the slice of pineapple it worked towards a perfect burger. Even the pineapple juice did not disappoint. We were expecting some artificial flavoured pineapple drink but no, it tasted like pure pineapple juice. Well done! We will visit again.

Staff very friendly. Offered to exchange chicken drum and with the whole chicken set. However the ordering was very long and bad. The order kiosk was not functioning, can’t done-payment. Need to re-queue again for the payment. And the payment/ ordered took very long maybe due to they were short of manpower.

Limited seats, so during peak hours it can be a little difficult to find a seat. I managed to find a table, i skipped the queue and purchased my meal via the automated machine at the outlet. The Chicken Joy was dry, and a huge disappointment. The Chicken spicy was fresh and spicy, possibly was freshly prepared for my order.

Chicken was good. Spaghetti and rice were cold. Area with seats near inside was stuffy. Place didn't accept cards.

I first entered Jolibee at Changi City Point with the intention of trying out their new Chicken Sandwich. Little did I know, this glorious symphony of soft bun, crisp chicken thigh, fresh lettuce, and decadent ranch, would change my life forever. First and foremost, I placed my order with the reliable self order machine and received my order of one Chicken Sandwich meal promptly. When I first took a bite of that Sandwich, I felt as if heaven’s angels personally sang me a hymn and opened the gates of heaven for me. Sublime. The buns were soft and chewy, and despite the overflowing goodness of the ranch, did not get soggy at all. Furthermore, the chicken thigh was seasoned and cooked perfectly — a medley of peppery and crunchy goodness that oozed out terrific flavour bomb juices. Now, I would like to bring to attention the picture I have attached below. The piece of lettuce so skillfully wedged between the bun and the chicken thigh was so fresh, it almost felt like it was personally hand-picked from the lush green farms of Japan. This, paired with the generous amount of tangy ranch that only elevated the greatness of the sandwich. Now, for my side, I ordered the trusty, classic, French Fries. I didn’t expect much — after all, they were simply, plain, old, fries, the kind you could simply air fry at home within minutes. Boy, was I so wrong. These fries were nothing like I had ever tasted before. Not only were they beautifully crispy, but they were seasoned with the perfect amount of salt — just enough for you to keep wanting more, without your mouth turning dry. Furthermore, the fries had a seemingly uneven exterior, a vast contrast to the otherwise smooth fries you would get anywhere else. All in all, I only have good things to say about my experience at Jolibee Changi City Point. A Chicken Sandiwch that changed the trajectory of my life.

Food was okay, dry but at least cooked i guess. The sauce was too little, chicken barely had flavour only skin had a hint of flavour. Chicken tasted and smelled a bit bloody, clearly did not even try to cook off the smell. Packaging for different meals were confusing. I ordered one spaghetti and one spicy chicken while my friend ordered the same but with normal chicken. However her meal came in a two chicken packaging and it was confusing to tell which was which. Gravy was very little compared to other Jollibee venues. Me and my friends also ordered our drinks with NO ICE but our drinks came with ice, as a result we couldn't drink it at all due to female menstrual problems. Another friend of mine was ordering a meal and the IMAGE shown had rice alongside the meal with chicken, but when we collected our order there was no rice at all. We asked the worker why there was no rice and we were informed the rice had to be ordered separately, why would you show rice in a meal when you aren't even going to include it inside? This is clearly false advertising and it is honestly very disappointing. Also when the worker was informing us of the missing rice, they were speaking with a rude tone as if they were scolding me and my friends for not knowing that the meal didn't come with rice. We tried to ask them why they included the rice image if there was no rice but she ignored our question and just said it was our fault for not including rice as a side dish. When my friend tried to order the meal AGAIN, he realized that the meal DID NOT even include rice as a side. Again, clearly false advertising. It made eating the food in the area very depressing and disappointing, nobody was enjoying their meal with their dry and cold chicken. There were also flies flying around tables and it was common to see it. Poor environment for eating. The drinks were also very little almost only half the cup was filled with the drink. The trash-can is also very full, it is very hard to clean up after ourselves. Customers had to stack on top of the trash-can because of how full it was. I only realised this now that my friend pointed it out to me, but the cups were corroding a little bit on the inside. She bought orange juice so it is very weird for the cup itself to have such effects on it.

Not accepting Apple Pay? Pro: Open until late night and reasonable price Cons: Limited seat at a tiny corner. Interestingly not accepting Apple Pay, odd .. I have been shopping in the same mall and noticed they are all using the same NETS terminal, and Jollibee is not accepting digital card payment. Chicken tasted so so. Gravy is meh

Just had a meal, the mango peach pie liquid inside was so hot it left a 2nd degree burn on my lips. Why does it need to be that hot for instant consumption? Even if so, us customers should be told that it is hot. The food and staff is nice but really disappointed because of the burnt mark and pain it left me with on my lips.

The spicy chicken was not up to standard compared to other Jollibee joints! The meat was dry and hard, it felt like biting into a rock! I had expected better chicken from Jollibee. The original chicken was ok.

The food quality and quantity is the best here in Jollibee located in Changi. Jollibee is my all time favourite especially when the branch has a great environment and food quantity. I love their deals because it makes it more affordable.
