Chicken Tikka (SGD $19) @ Madura's Restaurant. . The marinade of spices here has infused beyond just the surface of the chicken, both visually evident and in taste - robust meaty savoury spice sweet in flavour. . Nicely tender with a light juicy chew to texture. The spice lingers on the palate, lending a bit of heat. . Dipping mint sauce is bright with herbal sweet notes, nice. Good technique and quality spices means a higher price.

Used to love this place but a recent incident changed that. I loved their Malai kofta which I assume is a vegetarian potato ball of some sort, based on the past few times I ordered. But the most recent time, they gave me something totally different. The ball was sweet with raisins inside (and no carrots and peas) and the sauce just tasted like diluted butter chicken sauce instead of the tasty creamy tomato sauce it used to be. I lodged a complaint with grab for incorrect order. Madura’s said it was correct and refused to refund. When asked to clarify what their Malai Kofta should be, they didn’t respond and insisted it was the right order. So what is it exactly? If this is truly Malai Kofta, have I been given the wrong order the past few occasions? And if the previous versions were correct, then surely this time was wrong. Extremely disappointed with their dishonesty and reluctance to admit their mistake.

Good food. Dont come here if youre on a budget as its rather pricey. But food is fresh and amazing. Came here from the reccomendation from google. Hasim was professional and attentive. Free dessert. Best mandi bryani and butter chicken ive ever tasted.

1st time to try this hidden Jem, food was fantastic, great people. Probably will go back and try other menus.

Service was really slow and expensive. We waited 15 minutes for our beverages and 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Food prices were ridiculously expensive. On top of that the server accidentally spilled curry on my t-shirt and he don't know what he's serving. He has no idea if the biryani he served me was lamb dum biryani or lamb mughal biryani. However, it deserves 2 stars because the lamb dum biryani's flavour was good.
