Staff was friendly. You can pick the ingredients you want, same style as their competitor. Food tastes decent. If you're looking for options for post gym meal, you can come here.

The lamb kebabs had a gamey smell and the only order we had with chicken had lamb added in it. Their online ordering system was fantastic but the food didn't quite live up to the hype

Luckily, I exist in this real world, not the anime world, otherwise I would have to lose my clothes every time when eating this “insane”lamb gyro!!! I can feel every cube of lamb inside the gyro is fresh and juicy. must try it!

I think the only thing nice from here is the salsa and the chicken (though for some reason it tastes like char siew flavour rather than kebab chicken). Ordered the salad bowl but was very disappointed- claims to be the best kebabs in town but this is by far the worst I've had. The fresh vegetables have been left out for too long, the broccoli has a very weird sour smell like a damp rag and the edamame is yellow in colour and sour. The tomatoes also smell off. Only the lettuce is ok. Would recommend the management put better hygiene practices in place and throw out the vege even if it doesn't sell. Couscous is really dried out and hard, and the guac is slimy/ off colour. Overall a disappointing experience. Only saving grace is that the serving staff are very friendly and helpful, but the food quality really needs to improve. Prices aren't the cheapest around either so I was expecting better quality than this

Hot n crispy thick fries. Chicken Kebab n Gyro are both good. But will not recommend salsa chip or pita hummus. Will nt eat there alot of smokers

Second time ordering from this outlet … the first time the staff missed out on my cous cous & today, i decided to give it a second chance but the peppers/capsicum were SPOILT. They tasted so sour and the taste was just off….. and i had 2-3 stalks of it before i realized. Never again.

If you have never tasted kebabs before, YOU have to go! The Kebabs Faktory is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the Gyro . Considering the quality, the price is also reasonable.

price is pretty reasonable and portions are generous. had the chicken gyro - mildly spicy and the chicken had some nice char on it, would definitely come again

This is the best kebab place so far with reasonable pricing and good quantity. Their Kebab is very tender. So far the best one was Mixed burrito I tried which includes chicken and lamb, and it’s good enough for a heavy lunch.
