Brought my family to this place for dinner during a weekday lunch. Not crowded as we were there at around 1.30pm. We ordered the chicken chop with mashed potatoes and fries as the 2 side dishes. Food was good! Portions are decent for a person but we ended up sharing as we were not super hungry. We also ordered a prime tenderloin medium well done. Didn't take photos of that dish though. For a weekday afternoon it is not crowded and it has a pretty good ambience. Worth coming back again if I am in the area during staycations. Else I suppose the lunch crowd will be from those working nearby.

The overall environment was good but the food quality was not to my expectations. We ordered: All Day Special - which included a portion of char grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, sausages and eggs Sides: Mash Potato's & Coleslaw Black Pepper Chicken Sides: Fries, Mac & Cheese Drinks: Earl Grey, Coffee & Iced Tek Tarik. The sauces used for the chicken and mash potatoes was bland tasting. The service was relatively fast but ordering at the outside counter gave it a fast food kinda feeling.

Food served a bit slow and when delivered it's cold for the Crispy fried fish + baked potato + onion ring and Prime ribeye extra cut + baked potato + potato wedges. Seating arrangement is good with lighting well arranged. If the food served hot 🔥 I will give 5 stars 🌟. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Spaghetti was a little over cooked. Chicken was still pinkish inside when first served but was quickly rectified by the staff. But the mashed potato taste watery.

One of the nicer outlet and during weekdays is not crowded and you dont have to queue for a table. Nice setup with indoor or outdoor seating. Friendly atmosphere to dine in. Food is the usual stuff you get from astons. Prices reasonable for the food item you get.

Had the black pepper chicken combo which comes with sausage and scrambled egg. But the sausage and the chicken is too salty for my liking. Otherwise all is balanced.

We were served by by manager fifi, a Chinese aunty, a Chinese male manager and a few employees whom I thought were special. I felt very welcomed and love the cheerful service and dining experience I had with my mum. Food and drinks was especially splendid. Thanks for doing a good job! Will definitely come again.

Food is average compared to the price point. Bread cubes in the soup have after taste of old soaked oil. Poorly done.

Best food. Love the coleslaws, Mac & cheese. The steak is ok. Not the best though. The grilled is nice. Mushroom soup have mushroom bits. I love it.

My 3rd trip back to this restaurant, tried their lamb chop this time with mashed potatoes and Mac and Cheese. Lamb chop was cooked perfectly and loved the flavor of the lamb. However the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes was disappointment. Mash potatoes lacks seasoning and Mac and cheese feels like microwave food. Definitely will come back again but the side dish will stick to those I know that is great. My second trip to this restaurant. Quality was still good and consistent. Loved their beef medium well and it is packed with flavours without adding the sauce. The sides are really for the onion rings, coleslaw and baked potato. Surely will come back for more next time Andes Western food restaurant is a good place have a great value and delicious steak. Peak hour will have to wait so better to hit this place during off peak hours around 3pm.

We recently dined here for our staff bonding session and I am quite impressed by the portion and the PRICE of their set meal. It was really value for money $ worth it. We especially enjoyed their side dishes it was delicious!!

The food is served fast, good service. The food tastes great! We tried the lamb, ribeye, carbonara and beef burger. The Caesar's salad tastes superb!

Good customer service, terriyaki chicken was tasty. Other than that area is abit hard to travel to as it is far from any mrt.
