Being from Newfoundland I know what Mary browns quantity and quality looks and tastes like, this place has been terrible every time I’ve ordered, strips are hardly the size of a McNugget and taters don’t even taste like they’re made out of potato, I don’t know how chicken and taters can be messed up so bad. Avoid if you want a decent meal

I ordered from skip and when I got my food my burger was in 3 separate parts of the bag. It was also so hard and overcooked I thought I was going to break my teeth. Had to eat it cause I was at work and had no other food. Then I went to open my fries and well you can see the picture not one bit happy 😡

Stopped in after work for their 2 PC chicken with waffle fries. The drumstick was ok, the white meat PC was dried out and to hard to bite into. Had to throw out. First and last time for Mary browns,never again.

I recently visited Mary Brown's at this location and was thoroughly impressed with the new management and the taste of the chicken. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The chicken was some of the best I've ever tasted, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat on the inside. It was clear that the new management has made a noticeable improvement in the quality of the food, as everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. The new management has definitely elevated the experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

The food was good but not ready. I called in and ordered for pick-up about an hour before my arrival, and I still had to wait 20 mins in-store. Staff was all over the place and looked lost....There were 6 other customers also waiting for their orders, and staff was not pleasant and a little rude to us, even though we were all being understanding to there situation and being patient.

Certainly, here's a review for Mary Brown's: I recently dined at Mary Brown's . As a fan of fried chicken, I was excited to try their offerings, and I must say I was not disappointed. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right blend of spices to tantalize the taste buds. The staff at Mary Brown's were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. While the fried chicken stole the show, the sides were also delicious. The coleslaw was fresh, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Overall, I had a great dining experience at Mary Brown's, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious fried chicken in a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning for more!

I've eaten at tons of Mary Browns because I love their food. Not only did the girl get my order wrong after I had to tell her 3 times (calmly and politely), but the burger came out dried to a crisp and the poutine soggy. I will never support this location again, very disappointed

To start- I MAY try to go again sometime. Walked in the other day, employee let’s me stand and look at menu for 2 minutes. I go to counter and order “yes I’d like the spicy chicken combo”. “We are out right now, 9 more minutes” “Ok I’ll just do the regular combo then” I reply. “No we are out of chicken” “Oh… at a chicken restaur…” “WE HAVE EVERYTING ELSE ALL GOOD TRY FRENCH FRY” I left at that moment and well, I’ll try again but maybe at a different location.

Ordered through Uber eats tonight, received two mayonnaise sandwiches. The girl on the phone seemed kind, then passed the phone to someone who spoke very rudely of how "this is how every mary browns does it"... absolutely not. Mayonnaise (tons) on both sides of the burger. Calls my boyfriend "brother" over the phone, sounds rude, and then tells us it's basically our fault, "thanks for the feedback" he says.

Absolutely atrocious. Overcooked tiny chicken strips, barely bigger than a chicken nugget. It was clear that the food had been sitting for quite some time and was well below the quality I've had at other locations. Several of the tables were dirty and the outside of the garbage can was disgusting. We will not be back.

I went here to go on break and to get a mini Mary and Chicken taquito thingys and it took over 25 min to get it. It takes less time at a restaurant to get food. Never coming back again.
