This is a quiet BK outlet, usually not much crowd, so it's a good alternative to the busier Macdonalds just across the street. Typical BK food standard. The CC where BK is situated has a small underground carpark, so good for those driving. Its also next to Mayflower MRT station, so it's still easily accessible.

Ordered takeaway, as I was trying to unable to change drinks on the self ordering machine, i decided to order at counter instead because I do not want the coke float. Staff was rude, told me to order at machine instead. Did not listen to my explanation, and instead tried to shoo me away. Manager came over to took my order instead when I explained my situation to him. He explained that the new BBQ cheesy trio set is unable to change drinks, ok fine. I placed my order at 12.20pm, and only received my order around 12.45pm. To my shock, they had prepared the drinks BEFORE they prepared the food, and the coke float had already melted more than half into the coke. I asked the staff to change for me and she said cannot change. I told her the ice cream is already all melted and she said "because need to wait for the other order" Is it not common sense to do an order with ICE CREAM last? If someone ordered takeaway with ice cream don't tell me you going to make their ice cream first, and then wait 20 mins later for the rest of the food to be done??? The ice cream would have already melted?????? And I'm not even ordering for dine in so by the time i reach home it would have melted fully with the drink. The staff was super rude as well, when i ordered another drink with NO ICE. Have already mentioned to the cashier when placing my order. She just took my drink dumped away and refilled the same cup and angrily put back into my plastig bag ????? Hello?? Burger king why are your staff like this? (Edit: Reached home around 1.10pm all the ice cream has already almost melted. The staff put the burgers at the bottom of the takeaway, and the boxes of nuggets and fries at the top. The burgers were squashed. When we opened up the bbq beef burger, there was a strand of hair in the food lol. Really makes me question how they prepare the order in the kitchen.)

Usually not very crowded. Quite spacious. Facing the baskeball court. In the newly renovated Kebun Baru CC. The cc now has parking with about 60 lots. Halal. Accepts nets cash credit card and paywave. I find the burgers better than McDonalds. This place serves breakfast too. Very convenient. Mrt station coming up soon.

A quite and peaceful Burger King for a meal. Have ordered Double Whopper multiple times, and I think its quite fresh and better than some other branches! Liked so far👌🏼

Only a handful of diners on a Friday afternoon. No frills service. Order and wait for food to be ready. Burger was nice, ingredients were fresh. Tasty meal overall.

First visit here was awesome. Spacious dining area, friendly customer service and the food is absolutely amazing. Serving hot and fresh, not a single regret visiting here.

I like this place. Very quiet and have a full service. No need to wait. Irene is very attentive in her work. She's very friendly. Makes me feel comfortable while having my meal here. Thank you Irene. Had a pc of chocolate turnover. Personally I love chocolate. But not that much when is inside the pie 🤫. Luckily with a taste of the savory crust together with the chocolate plaste. It's kind of balance up the taste( not so sweet). To order again? Hmmm🤔 it will depends! Hehehe.

1. Ordered two burgers for takeaway, only received one in the bag. Informed staff and was given a second burger. 2. Got home and realised that the second burger was not what we ordered.

Had a change of plan for lunch during last week and visited BK Kebum Baru CC. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Chicken burger and Hot Chocolate, and can say it was disastrous. The taste is sub-par standard, with the aircon at the restaurant set to Antartica temperature. My drink immediately got cold and the burger’s bland taste worsen my mood. 2/5 experience overall.

Newly renovated BK outlet with comfortable lighting and cafe style seating. It's so much cleaner and spacious after the reno. There's currently a promo of two whopper meals going for only $12! Excellent value. Plus, the fries seemed to have improved in quality. They have more crunch and have become fatter!

Very nice n cosy BK outlet away from the hustle of AMK central. Recently renovated so seats are nice. Highly recommend for meal if u want a quiet restaurant. Staff are polite n patient too. Cheesy fries are yums. good offers when we use the BK e- vouchers.

Extremely slow services and staff seem to be too inexperienced and taking their sweet time chatting around. There’s one staff doesn’t even know how to put the items into bag when they’re clearly stated into the monitor and took her sweet time 3 mins to figure out like it’s rocket science. Multiple wrong orders prepared as well especially for takeaways orders. Just witnessed 2 while waiting for staffs preparing my order.

Superb! Burger king is really one of the best but this branch make the most out of it. Employees are very accommodating and the place maintain the cleanliness as we got more comfortable inside the establishment. Will surely go back in there, see you next year SG see you burger king Kebun Baru!♥️

Came here at 7pm with my wife. Malay guy wearing spectacles( sorry, didn't get his name) was very attentive and efficient. Food was prepared fast and everything was up to expectation. Thank you for making our dinner experience a good one 👍👏
