Have a total of 5 pick up orders. Given the number to the lady staff and only 4 items were given to me and nothing was conveyed to me. I thought the lady staff went to pick up the other item or probably the item is not ready yet. Waited for another 1 minute and a guy ask me what I'm waiting for. I told him I got a missing item, he get the item and just throw at the counter top and unhappily told me to pick up the item from his side and not from the lady side. Both the staff I met seems to have bad attitude.

Fast and efficient service, staff there all worked very fast to give me my order, pretty pleased with their speed, especially considering it was peak hour when I ordered they were rushing around but didn't skimp on anything in my order. The staff was also quite nice, calmly explaining to me my queries about the different options available despite the rush hour, drastically different from the other reviews I've seen of this place. Would definitely recommend this place to others! :)

Ordered the Wings Rice Box Combo via Grab and it came without the CHICKEN. Like how? Phone number linked to this outlet is also useless, uncontactable.

This outlet is terrible. There's a possibility that one of the staff here may purposely be giving less items that you ordered and paid for. I checked reviews on all food delivery platforms. Multiple complaints everywhere. Example: if you buy 12 pcs, they only give you 11.

Ordered lunch for my family today& Chicken 🐔 🐥 freshly prepared. Didn't know safra have discounts till the manager on duty saw my card I am holding and inform me about it. Thanks 4 fingers. Made my day and will be back soon.

I have been your loyal customer. I already feedback this every time i order in GRAB but no action taken. Last night it happen again. I order 12 pcs of mix chicken wings and drumstick; you packed AGAIN 4pcs of wings and 8 pcs of drumstick. It is not like this before. It should have 6wings and 6 drumsticks evenly. If you only have all wings i already ordered ALL WINGS. Please dont do this alright because we pay accordingly. My cousin is a store manager in your company too if you continue this kind of practice i will feedback this and will channel to your higher management.

Very good Korean fried chicken as you'll expect from 4fingers.. really glad that there's an outlet just around the corner in the neighbourhood.. and also relieved that it's as good as hoped for considering a few less impressed ratings and comments before me. Just feel that they can do with some encouragement for the great stuff I got from them today.

Kitchen staff said cashier was busy in the kitchen preparing online orders. I was told to order online, unfortunately my phone was in my car. As you all know Jalan Kayu car park is a distant away from the restaurant chain. So I was told to wait, 15min later still standing at the Order line I wasn't attended to. I don't recommend the outlet. If you are under staffed get some help. Further if you have many orders coming in on weekends, get more staff to assist. Overall service was non-existent. I headed to Mc D instead, love their seasonal Samurai Burger.

order a delivery but missing a few item. call the store and realize it was the delivery side gave the wrong order. the store help to resend the missing item to us again. good job

ordered to pick up on grab - 18 piece winglets and drumlets *soy garlic* first time picking up, did a smell check, and went back. to my horror, the box contained mostly spicy wings, which the kids at home could not tolerate. went back once, and got a new pack, specified for SOY GARLIC, and the man told me it was soy garlic. it is quite clear that there was chili oil on the packaging. upon reaching home, opened it up to discover that this time, all of the wings and drums were indeed spicy. went back a second time, and the man manning the glazing station was clearly unhappy. my father explained in a nice manner that this is the second time they had screwed up the order, simply asking for it to be redone. the man at the station was clearly unhappy, putting the seasoning erratically and forcefully. after tasting, it is clear that the tray is contaminated. however, a second employee insinuated that our taste was spoilt, quoting “if this sauce is like that, then i will tell the supplier already”. afterwards, my father asked if the trays were contaminated with chilli spices. after the second employee asked him to wash it, the subsequent batch was alright. it seems like the staff might require some reforming and training, as this is not the way to face customers. furthermore, no mask or gloves were worn.

On 2 Dec 2023, we ordered 18pcs soy garlic Wingettes and drumettes combo from the outlet at Jalan Kayu and they turned out to be spicy. we had to return to the outlet twice to get the order sorted out correctly. The kitchen staff was rude and refused to acknowledge his fault. When we returned the second time, his colleague (I presume he is the manager) washed up the tray and brush they use to glaze the wings, and it turned out that the kitchen had contaminated the soy garlic with spicy sauce, resulting the spicy wings. I would thanks the manager for being helpful at least to resolve the issue as the wings were meant for small kids, but the kitchen staff was terrible. He was venting his anger on the utensils while he was redoing the order. And he was not wearing a mask and gloves while he was handling the foods too. Terrible experience.

Ordered 18pcs soy chicken. Ended up being spicy. So we went back from home all the way to change the chicken to soy. After that we went home and the chicken was still spicy. SO WE WENT BACK AGAIN. How is it possible to screw up twice in a row. The staff was rude and showed attitude, demanding it was soy, not spicy. The reason why this happened was because the man cooking the chicken used the spicy plate to season the chicken. This is terrible and unacceptable. Please change ur attitude towards customers. U might be angry but its ur fault. Don't vent on others. The man cooking was venting his anger on the utensils to make the chicken. He was not wearing a mask or even a glove. HYGENE? this is not the first time this happened. Change ur attitude man

Ordered a meal for my family from 4 Fingers Jalan Kayu. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly. Food was still warm when we arrived home, and it was packed properly. Kudos to the staff at 4 Fingers Jalan Kayu!

Was served by a staff named Mus at the Jalan Kayu store who was very au fait with his product knowledge and explained how his store would prepare orders fresh from scratch. His friendly, warm and patient attitude also made me wished that all F&B service staff should adopt his welcoming behaviour. Kudos to the management of 4fingers for having such an exemplary staff who goes beyond of just serving food. Thank you.

The food, sometimes good, sometimes bad as in very little sauce was brushed on the meat. Service, bad. Stood at the stall and the staff saw me, didn't come and take my order. And when called the second time, the staff told me to order online. Fineee. Then before I ordered online, the other staff came to take order with a bad attitude. If the boss is seeing this, pls, if the shop is understaffed and the earning justifies the extra headcount, pls hire one more. Otherwise ur staff will work very unwillingly and unpleasantly and scare away ur customers. One more of this, bye bye
