The new Nanny's Javanese opor Ayam soup is tasty, hearty, and filling. The glass noodles teriyaki chicken salad, however, is very bland. I had to douse it in lots of Tabasco to make it palatable.

Tried The Soup Spoon outlet in Raffles City Shopping Centre. Ordered 2x Daily Saver Set $7.90. The portion here in this outlet is a bit stingy, as the soup is already small bowl size but still the soup was not fully poured into the bowl. As seen on the picture, just 3/4 of it (we haven’t started eating when this picture was taken). Service was also not so good as we a bit struggle to scan the QR code on the scanner machine as it didn’t detect properly (seems it’s machine issue, because not only us having the same problem, we saw the next customer also facing the same). We called the staff for help, but when he came he was like upset and showing unfriendly attitude while helping us scanning the phone to the machine. Taste wise I feel that this outlet was not as good as other Soup Spoon outlet, my Tangy Tomato Basil Soup was too sour for my liking.

Soup spoon is your fuss free - quick lunch to get when you're feeling slightly under the weather or you need to get all warmed up. The hearty and rich creamy soups can look slightly smaller in portions but don't get me wrong, they will fill you up very quickly along side the free bun and accompanying set item of choice. I went with a tuna sandwich and I used that to scoop up chunks of meat from my Tokyo Chicken Stew.

Loved their soup but gave 1 star review because I bought 3 soups from their website which are clam chowder, pumpkin and tomato. When I was there, the staff gave me wrong soups which are 2 x pumpkin and 1 tomato and I only found out once I reached home at bukit panjang. I tried to contact them for 2 weeks but no reply yet. Clam chowder soup is more expensive but they have not reply to my emails yet and no correction has been made.

Ordered a pot pie set and a muffin set. Pot pie set comes with a regular sized soup (I chose pumpkin) and the pie on top is already prebaked and just added on top of the soup. Honestly didn't quite like the pastry so would not recommend this set. This set also comes with a drink of your choice (lemon/hibiscus tea) and a small side of salad (legit very very small) and you cannot choose the kind of salad. The muffin set literally is just a regular sized soup (I took beef goulash additional cost) and muffin was the double choco one. Having also tried their salad set and their sandwich set I would say those are more worth your while than the pot pie or the muffin set. In terms of the location for this place its excellent! Literally 1-2 minutes walk from City Hall MRT to the store at the basement (use the escalator beside Paris Baguette for faster access). The store is not very big. I went at about 5ish pm on a weekend and it was not fully packed so I would say its not too bad.

They replied to me on 18 Aug as my email went to spam and processed the refund.

The Soup Spoon has been a choice for me light meal. There are options for vegetarian although not a lot like others. But the soups are still nice. The shop is not fully occupied when I was there as compare to other food restaurant nearby. The food is tasty and the environment is okay. Perhaps other non vegetarian soup tasted better. Like most soup spoon branches, usually not very packed.

Having the best vegetarian lunch at The Soup Spoon with this Pura Vida bowl—a combo of greens, dried fruits, seeds and cherry tomatoes for 10.50 Singaporean. Love Singapore!

Decent place for wholesome hearty food especially when you're feeling quite under the weather. But don't need to kid yourself that it's healthy food lol. Personally more a fan of the creamy soups than the clear soup, and felt that the chicken soup I could've made myself but still taste good anyway. I quite liked the beef goulash though. Avoid the drinks, even if hibiscus tea tastes exotic it isn't anything special. The sourdough carrot walnut cake was also interesting. Would say soup spoon is my kind of comfort food.

Visited the soup spoon outlet at Raffles City for lunch. There was a set meal promotion ongoing. We went before the lunch crowd arrived so there are still seats available. The ordering is done through the kiosk and the food is served on a self-collection basis. The soup tastes great as usual accompanied by the bun.

I got the minestrone for myself, that was nice and hearty. Filled me up good, however I ordered the pumpkin soup for my partner under "take away soup". It literally came in a packet, unable to eat in store. We asked if they could heat it up and the man just said no. Anyway, I enjoyed my meal and my partner went hungry.
