Had fried fish and hickory chicken during lunch and the portion was pretty big. The fish was skinny and crispy but kinda tasteless while the hickory sauce was a little too strong. The rest of the sides were nothing surprising. Overall quite affordable but service was lacking. No people in the queue but still have to stand there and wait. Staffs have to be more attentive.

Do not eat here if you are used to a western quality steakhouse. Burger had absolutely zero seasoning or flavor. Salmon ad bland as can be. They brought out my burger and almost 12 minutes later the salmon came out. I would avoid if here again and eat ramen next door.

Chicken chop was tender and we'll seasoned. Onion rings were fine. However, the pasta in the pasta salad was too hard.

Usually a queue outside but for good reason... this place has killer steaks! Ordered a black pepper chicken and the Prime Ribeye (tip: Ask for black pepper sauce, really awesome flavour). Nice and chewy, juicy steak with the tender chicken. 2 sides per meal, with good variety so customize as you like. They have takeaways too. Cosy ambience too, feels homely and warm👌🏻

Went there for their Fiery Chicken, but ended up not getting it. Went there around 7+pm, only at the ordering counter then they tell me no more Fiery Chicken. On top of that, no Wedges & Fries😥. What’s worse is that their new menu has ‘new prices’, my chicken all increase by $1(nearly 10%) now double up chicken increase by $2, saw the steak increase by even more. Not happy with the price increase, even more unhappy becos so many things out of stock. First time I go to their outlet & experience this, should have went to their JCube outlet instead.

Date of visit: 13 August 2023. The restaurant had empty tables when visited just after noon. However they all filled up pretty quickly a short while after. Ordering was via scanning the QR code found on the table. Food and drinks came shortly after e-payment. Service was also quick and efficient, with staff members quick to clear empty plates. Only gripe was the tomato ketchup packets, which were quite oily and thus hard to peel open.

The food was nice, but what spoils everything was the service! We are a table of 8, whilst some are still eating, manager instructed server to take away the empty plates (i asked them who ask to collect). Yes, i understand they have to remove but you dont go stretching your arm to the middle of the table while people are eating. The least you can do is ask if the plates can be cleared or not.

Always pack during dinner time, food serving is abit slow, would recommend their fiery chicken it’s my fav order every time I dine in. Would not recommend to go for the all day breakfast which I did, scramble egg tasted sad. However their fiery chicken always make up for it, fries and wedges are given decent portion and crispy. Would recommend to dine in instead of takeaway.

Efficient customer service and short waiting time for food despite peak hours. Chicken chop was juicy and delicious, together with the sauce and side dishes. Price was reasonable comparing to other similar western style restaurant.

Ordered Hickory BBQ Chicken and Chargrilled Chicken. Meat is tender but some parts are a bit too charred that it had a bitter taste. Overall I think its not worth the price.

Waiting time for take away seems like thousand years don’t bother don’t care when asked. Just a simple chicken & fish… It is always so painful waiting here… Lousy customer service rendered. Food is totally bland like no seasoning at all. Iced milk tea is so sweet. Will not patronise this place again.

Nice place to have dinner. It was pleasant overall. Food was good, served hot, and reasonably sized. Beef had quite a lot of gristle and tendons but overall is good. Too much dressing on salad but vegetables seemed fresh.

Informed staff that we found a cockroach on the seat that eventually landed on the floor.. but the staff just smiled and replied he will inform pest control.. the cockroach was still on the floor half alive when we left, no one removed it. The outlet is getting old and probably due for a deep cleaning. We were shocked with the reply from the staff, they don't seemed to be concerned about hygiene- cant imagine the hygiene of the kitchen.
