The ambiance its good, firstly, we need to scan the QR Code to order the food. They will give us pop corn as a complimentary while waiting. The serving time kinda fast, around 10min. The presentation of the food not same as the pictures. Otherwise, the food is yummy. Services was okay, however if the server give the food more polite and smile it’s better.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch with my co-workers at 12:15 PM, short queue of maybe 5, service was slow and the order that items came was dispointing, mains came before appetizers, maybe due to lunch crowd, we ordered a bunch of food but 3 items was not served till we finish. The steam fish was the highlight of the meal we found it very tasty, the mango salad was a little to spicy for my colleague's liking. The rest of the food was up to standard. 2 star off due to the slow service and missing dishes. Price was standard for a location like Suntec.

It was real pack when we have our lunch, need to wait a while for the food to be served. Service was alright and service crew was quote prompt and attentive. Foodwise ok and slightly above average but the dessert can be further improved.

This is our 2nd time back at this place! Very affordable thai cuisine, definitely go for the fried fish over the steamed (fried seabass blew our minds away both times, steamed was meh). Olive rice is good too. Free flow self-service water and cili padi at this outlet, service is norma in a good way. We’ve been to the ION outlet once and didn’t like the food there as compared to this outlet. Will come back for sure!

This is one of the most value for money Halal Thai restaurants within Suntec. Food tastes great as well! Highly recommend to try the basil chicken and green curry chicken paired with some steamed white rice. Egg omelette was crispy and oily, tom yum soup was sour and very authentic , just the way it’s meant to be! Shiok!

Sanook adopts online ordering system, which is perfect since we can submit at our own pace. Food served relatively fast. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. Usually we need to inform when to serve our desserts but at Sanook, staff would ask practively if we are ready for dessert once we are done with our meal. Service with a smile. Love it. My only issue is the food. Food taste is not the best, merely average. Have issues with chicken dishes. Both Honey chicken and tomyam were either using frozen cuts or going bad (not fresh). There was a strong fishy-like smell, particularly for tomyam chicken. Sweet sour sauce too little for fish. Mango glutinous rice portion was pretty small. Red ruby was better than some thai restaurants.

We had to self serve our own water which was a bit different from other restaurants, and the food itself tasted amazing, especially the spinach. The fried tofu was also really good as well, but I do recommend buying the spinach. The environment is clean, and the service is friendly as well. Overall it's a good restaurant to try out Thai food.

It's one of the Thai restaurant that me and my friend always go for decent Halal meal. The service is good. The ambience is nice. The price range is reasonable considering their facility. I find it's even better value than a lot of small shops in Golden Mile which is famous for Thai food but I think it's overated. My favourite dish is here is Clear Tom yum seafood soup. Their omelette with prawns is good too. Highly recommend for Halal food. I'll come back again.

A rather disappointing place for thai food. Service was poor as we needed to raise our hand several times to get their attention. The dishes that we ordered tasted sweet overall. And to my surprise, the mango rice was so dry and the coconut sauce was basically out from a can. Mango salad, fried chicken and PHADTHAI all had one common taste, sweet. Did not have a great experience but I am still giving 3 star for effort.

Located near suntec city fountain. The food are ok and service is fast. They provide popcorn for children while waiting for their food. They provides set which includes tom yam, vegetable, fish and 2 rice which are more than enough for two persons. Love the clear chicken tom yam.

Fast service. They have set menu lunch set from $11.90++. Good value if you go for the set. The green curry was rich in coconut cream and had basil and kaffir lime leaves in it which makes it fragrant. The prawn omelette and Thai fish cake was nicely fried but if you are not into oily food, you may want to skip these dishes. Each table gets a complimentary bowl of popcorn.

Thai food cravings fulfilled. Most of the dishes were quite good, though I personally would recommend getting the plain white rice rather than the pineapple rice. Special mention to the steamed sea bass. That was delicious and would be the likely reason I would visit again.

Good service and friendly staff! Food is good too :) Had the basil chicken hor fun - its tasty and rly packs a punch! Thai green tea is also not overly sweet. They serve free popcorn for you to snack on while you wait for your meal!!!

Good halal Thai comfort dishes 😋 We got served complimentary popcorn while waiting. Restaurant was not very crowded (30% full) on a weekday evening. The waiter that served the first sharing dish (beef kailan) didn't offer or check if we needed small plates and we had to get it ourselves.

Had dinner at Sanook Kitchen Suntec to celebrate my belated birthday on 22 Dec 2023 for 3 pax. We had the Sanook set menu for 2 and ordered additional items. Main Course: -Set Menu: Tom Yum Soup, Fried Chicken, Sweet sour Fillet Fish, Fried Kang Kong and 2 steam white rice -A-la-Carte: Pad Thai Prawn Tanghoon, Onion Omelette, Stir Fried Sotong and steam white rice The food and drinks were delicious & the set menu was worth it for 3 pax.

Craving for Tom yum soup today.... We had the sour clear and red Tom yum... Yummy... Satisfied with the service here especially the cute uncle... We got a bowl of free popcorn from him... The ambience here is good too...

I give a four star is for my plate of pineapple rice. I feel isolated treatment from the staff. Seated for nearly ten minutes, I have to request for the free pop corn, water, chilli myself. Overall OK.

I regret to say that our experience at Sanook was highly disappointing. We tried the outlet in Yishun a few times, so we didn’t have doubts at first. This was our first and only meal of the day at 3pm. Despite ordering four dishes, only one, the stir fry hor fun, met our expectations. The cashew nuts chicken tasted nothing like those served at Thai restaurants; it resembled sweet and sour pork with tough, possibly refried chicken. The green curry was far from satisfactory, with a grainy, overly thick consistency and a color more reminiscent of yellow than green. The stir fry tang hoon was unremarkable at best. Moreover, the aftermath of the meal was particularly distressing, as my boyfriend experienced severe digestive issues after consuming the curry and tang hoon, enduring multiple episodes of diarrhoea until the early hours of the morning. This unfortunate experience, compounded by the questionable quality of the food, makes it highly unlikely that we will return to Sanook anytime soon.
