Bad customer service. Staff were busy fulfilling grab orders and letting walk-in customers wait. And the entire counter is already filled with uncollected grab orders. The obese female cashier was talking in a condescending tone as well. She asked me what tender mode I’ll be using and I showed her my card from my Apple Pay. It kept declining then I told her it’s AMEX. She then told me I have to tell her it’s AMEX because it’s difficult. What? She then told us waiting time is at least 15 mins and we said ok. When we collected our food, the burgers and wings are all cold. Only my onion rings are mildly warm. The obese female cashier was also very stingy when it comes to chilli sauce. Lol Lastly, I found some foreign objects floating around my drink. Disgusting.

Salmon Yuzu burger! Salmon is so meaty and less flour/crust! Yuzu sauce lightens the fry/oil taste! Definitely much better than Macdonalds salmon burger which had way too much flour and fish is nearly visible

Used to like eating at BK but not anymore. Or maybe on Bukit Panjang outlet. The burger was not hot...its already cold. The onion ring was overcook and its burnt. Seems like they cook back the onion ring. Was really upset. Please do something about the food.

I ordered a box with tendercrisp in it. But I wasn't allowed to change the beverage from coke to iced Milo. How awful! I had a burning sensation in my mouth, and I didn't want to spend more money just to buy a single cup of Milo. The waiting line was long and the staff seemed to be a newcomer—didn't know how to handle customers on her first time. Had I got my Milo that day, I won't complain much about it. Also, it's said on the receipt that I'll get another cup of coke on my next visit if I show them the receipt. Why isn't it a discount? Why does it have to be a cup of coke? It's not everyone's cup of tea, and yet it's unhealthy! Why do you force American diet to Asians?! I definitely won't come again.

Ordered 2 whopper burger via food panda and both of the burger tasted gross. I couldn't even finish half of it. I had to throw it away. It was nauseating What happened to BK's Whopper these days? Are you guys trying to cut cost by providing us gross tasting burger???

Visited on 8 July 2023, Saturday late afternoon. Ordered via the self-service ordering kiosk. While waiting, saw that the onion rings and drink were prepared first, whilst the Ultimate Kakiage Salmon was ready much later. As such, the onion rings were already cold when served. Noted staff were busy preparing online orders, and the outlet was not crowded at all.

Severely understaffed. All orders take on average 30-60mins to be prepared during meal times. Many many burgers prepared but only 1 poor staff to pack them.. Many customers complaining but staffs seem rude. Told staff to feedback that they are understaffed but he replied sacarstically that they have enough manpower. Management please do something

I have to thank the manager Haritz for his patience and courtesy. He highlighted to me that I could use capital land money to pay and was patient enough to wait for me. I am sure he is patient with difficult customers as well.

Used to be good precovid period. However, in recent years their services dropped tremendously (Almost bad services similar to the Keat Hong branch). I strongly suggest that if you are to buy takeaway, please do check your items before you leave. I had my orders wrong when I reached home, especially the customisation on burgers.

Ordered breakfast from here bcoz of the tatter tots, but they didn’t pack the tatter tots. So our morning was grumpy and lost appetite. Understand that delivery orders can get overwhelming for restaurants, but how do u feel when u didn’t get to eat ur cravings bcoz of other people’s mistakes? Please improve.

Visited 24 march . 1pm . Ordered at 1.18pm . Waited 30 mins for the food . Be logical and close the ordering if ppl going wait 30 mins for fast food . Cause a 15 pax group came in and 2 ppl ordered 15 ppl worth of food

Visited the place for dinner on a sunday. The staff present were friendly and helpful. Food is okay. Restaurant cleaniness can be improve. Restaurant is locatef inside BPP, Basement. Overall good experience.
