Ordered online for pick up 30min later. I arrived 10min later. No organisation of front counter even though self-collection was the preferred option of a lot of customers. Was told to wait outside due to COVID restrictions, but until I went inside to ask for the status of my order, no one bothered to check what I was waiting for. To top it of, the preparation of the pizza was poor, at least a third of the Hawaiian pizza had no cheese on it! Only saving grace is the crispy thin crust was crispy.

Delivery was pretty quick, but their whole truffle mushroom pizza had less than 1 mushroom (barely even half a mushroom) on it

Pizza quality is OK but service can be improved. Pre-ordered a few hours before, and even though the website said my pizzas were ready for collection, when I went there, the staff told me they were still being cooked and asked me to wait outside in the hot sun. Waited for another 10 or 15 minutes before i could collect my order. Staff didn't apologise or explain why the pizza was delayed.

Don't bother ordering from this branch if you need the pizza to arrive within a certain time. Took 1.5 hours to arrive even though confirmation page said it would take half an hour. Should have read the reviews before ordering and getting our hopes up for having pizza for lunch at work. I even had to email about getting my free pizza voucher as compensation because they never sent. Pizza itself was meh, at least if it was good for the price I'd give an extra star.

Ordered food at 2pm, schedule it for delivery for 6.30pm. It’s 10.30pm now. Shop is Closing soon but haven’t received the Pizza, but status shown that we can rate the food already. Horrible service, tried to call the hotline but cannot get through since 7pm. Edit: Pizza came at 10.40pm, and it was already cold. Poor delivery man was struggling with tons of orders. Why management don’t wanna close the delivery service if lack of manpower?

Ordered at 6:18pm and now is 9:30pm the food still hasn’t arrived or being made. What’s the point on promising 30min delivery?! Came to a store that’s closer to my house but was told to go to the delivery store which is further away. They provided a phone number for the other store but it’s a busy line just like the hotline. The store I visited offered to make my pizza but said that I’d need to wait 1.5-2hours for it lol. So meaning i’d would’ve waited for 5 hours for a one regular pizza?! What’s the point of offering pizza self pick up ready in 15min and you can’t deliver. As an international pizza chain this is just so embarrassing and pathetic.

I used to love Dominos. Standard has deteriorated, from low quality pizza to no pizza at all. Ordered at 8pm on 09/08 on website, showed still cooking for more than 1 hour. Tried calling the hotline and there was no answer. Can’t even get through the hotline to ask for a refund. I have ordered from the outlet itself for self-pickup a few times, wait time is more than 1 hour and seems really understaffed. Dominos headquarters, please do something about the situation. However, I am expecting the standard auto-reply to my review as you have replied to the others as well.

Ordered pizza and never received but the website showed delivered. Have been waiting for close to one hour trying to call but no response at all. Now it has been two hours and still no pizza!! Paid and didn’t receive will file in an official complaints to agency.

I live in Toa Payoh. There are several brands of pizza available. However, I prefer Domino's the most. The app is also easy to use and the pizza always comes hot. Good deals available on the app as well.

It's a takeout/delivery, don't expect much at the store if you dine in (2 high chair seats and no more). But the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quality of your pizza is always there and expect possibility of delays for delivery if it's hot time

If I could give no star, I would happily do it. Made an order a day prior to delivery and payment went through. Didn’t receive any email or call from the store. I even made the effort contact with the store multiple times but no one answered the call. An hour prior to delivery, I made extra orders and a staff called to cancel my old and new order??? At least inform me earlier so I could make other arrangements. Disappointing. Gonna avoid this outlet at all cost.

Got our first delivery order from this outlet after moving in, and was satisfied with the pizza 🍕 Classified chicken is still our go to, especially the thin crust variant. The new Korean spicy flavour was well liked too. 🚚 Delivery fees at $6.50 was horrendous though, will consider picking up in future..

Put the order one week in advance and then on the day the store is not open when we are there to collect pizza. No refund for the money also. Definitely will try to avoid ordering next time.

HELLO, ordered at 20.30-20.35pm (31st Dec 2023), up till now my pizza is MIAAAA?! Called the shop for more than 40 times but no one answered!! Why not just dispose the phone? There’s no point in leaving a shop number when there’s no one answering!! REFUND ME MY MONEY PLS!! Shop closing at 11pm and we are starving here with no food! Your hotline is useless and dumb!! Edit: Store is close now and my pizza is still being made from 20.00/20.35 until now? NO RESPONSE FROM STORE TOO! 2nd Edit: EMAILED AND MY PIZZA IS STILL MISSING! AT 11 plus in the oven, now MIA AGAIN?? As of today (2 Jan 2024), the customer service team did not get back to me about my missing order and no refund was made too!! I really doubt how the company is dealing with reviews as we can see they only respond to good reviews but leave other important reviews unattended!! HELLO? Is your email fake? RESPOND LAH!!

Ordered from Dominos website regular pizza, they delivered personal pizza with worst ever taste. I would never recommend dominos and this store to anyone. Big no.

WORST. DISAPPOINTING. I ordered online early to schedule the delivery and the status has been stuck for 1hrs and my guests is stuck waiting for the food to arrive. Tried calling the number and no one is answering. Made other food arrangement instead as we thought the pizzas will never arrive. The pizzas came after we finished our meal. HELLO I ORDERED FOR LUNCH. NOT FOR DINNER!!!

This is probably the worst branch of Dominos. You order online and the status has been stuck for 2hrs that they are preparing your pizza. Ordered around 6pm and it is now almost 9pm and no change in the status. If you try to call the number, no one is answering. Last time i did click and collect here the pizza was already cold. Will not make the same mistake of ordering delivery here again. Beware, this branch is terrible.

Ordered thru Grab platform. However I did not receive my order, grab support unable to cancel as they claim that only merchant can do. I’ve been calling MULTIPLE times to the merchant but nobody answer the call. I hope the owner of this franchise branch able to see this!!!!! Bad service ever

Its 8.23pm and food is still in the kitchen. Delivery was stated to be at 7.31pm. Grab cannot cancel the order. Grab is also not able to speak to merchant. Merchant does not answer calls. I've emailed merchant to cancel the order but there is no response. Highly recommend not to order.

I ordered my 2 large pizza exactly 6.15pm and the pizza only arrive at 7.45pm (~1.5 hours). I don't know how this pizza place can survived. Order at your own risk.
